I had two tours of Queen Mary from James about seven years apart. He was just as animated and entertaining the second time as he was the first. I hope he is back now that tours are reopened.

I will be visiting the QM next month and am so much more excited to stay in the hotel, take the Tours and enjoy Sunday brunch since watching this video. Cannot wait for my visit! Bucket list item for me.

Arriving from the UK in 83 I had xmas dinner on her in 84 and a staff xmas party on her in 93 or 4. I love that ship......
There is a mistake at the main hall section. The floor was changed during the Post War refit. The floor color and pattern hasn’t changed. They restored it but it’s still the same pattern.

Staff Captain James Sanders needs to be a MC or Narrator for Travel Films etc... What an awesome voice! The Queen Mary is such a great ship... I hope to see it in person some day.

Excellent narrating..but a technical error.. the end of passenger's by ocean liner was not with the 707 / deHavilan jets .. but with the roll out of the 747 by PanAm.. this aircraft alone lowered the cost of travel between Europe and America so significantly in both time and cost.. it's sad but technology advances..

Opulence, This word is not used in construction these days. My favorite period is Art Deco and this is a prime example.
Good info..just doesn't need to be so dramatic about it..kinda dumbs down the intelligence of the listening crowd.
All this British History - and we sold it to the USA !!! Why couldn't we have kept it in the UK?
I think it should be taken back to where she was born in Clydebank, Scotland. To the original berth she was fitted out at.

@Nicholas Taing i thought he was speaking oddly. Then realised hes speaking in particular way to allow people of all nationalities to understand amd cross reference to their guide books.
