How to wash a preloved build A Bear

Since starting the Teddy Bear Rescue Squad (TBR), I have come to realise just how important it is to wash preloved bears. Even those that 'look clean' can be just as dirty and have visible staining. So far, I've found that this method works at removing cigarette smells and general dirt & grime, along with small pen marks. I have yet to test it on more substantial staining, but that'll come in a future TBR episode.
