any idea why when im in lobby looking for a match my audio on music and if im watching a video while waiting it gets super choppy, but then once loaded in it mellows out
Try to look for the in game setting called vram scale target and set it to 80, also make sure your “out of focus” fps set it to 30-60. By default mine was set to 5 and it made my game choppy when I opened another window.
if you have nvidia gpu try the steps in the video if you haven’t already, and make sure your frame rate settings on your pc, nvidia control panel, and in game settings is set the same.
@@finnley24 if you’re getting 100 fps and it feels less there’s definitely a setting set differently. Check that your resolution and fps in display settings and gpu control panel is set to what your monitor supports. Also make sure that your monitor settings are set correctly. My monitor came with a bunch of settings that helped my frames after tweaking with them. And of course make sure your in game resolution and fps settings are set the same way.
0:48 why are you making a video like this if you are spreading misinformation? I tested thread count, and if I change it to the total threads my CPU has, I lose around 20FPS. If I do half of the total threads I have, my FPS is fine. if you dont know what you are changing in your settings, maybe dont advocate people doing the same thing

If it was capped why it drop so low?? Cap a game at 30 FPS it won't below 30 because the pc can handle more it's just limited. It won't go above 30 again because it's capped at 30. Make sense?

It is because your fps is not actually 100, check your 99% fps and it should be way lower than 60. Sometimes is causing instability with your fps.
GeForce is only good if you have a pc strong enough to let it run in the background
it only records 60 fps tho so you might as well use another software that can record up to 120 if you plan to make quality videos for youtube
