Pavilion bkt jalil is not under flagship mall category but tier 2 mall level like mid valley or sunway malls to cater mass affluent audiences... There are 4 flagship malls in kl so far... Namely pavilion bkt bintang, klcc, the garden and trx only.

其实还有SubangJaya 的Sunway Pyramid，1 Utama ，IOI mall, My Town, Sunway Velocity,, 这几间是大马人比较爱逛的商场。

我覺得這商場最大的賣點就是頂樓的空中花園還有即將開幕的apple store. 那些國際大品牌的豪華商店不會吸引太多本地人來購物，靠的是外國遊客過來消費。希望這商場不會好像lalaport 一樣，剛開就門庭若市，沒多久就變得門可羅雀，小貓兩三個。😂
别望记 lala 的前身是監牢....肯定有不少的冤情/冤气超重的地方😢
老實講，商場根本唔會吸引到遊客，到處差不多。
本地人去吃饭而已.
TRX潜力很大，一方面是周边越来越多的写字楼，餐饮这块首先就有人气，而住宅，酒店的人流也是非工作日的流量保障，外加双地铁枢纽，标准的TOD布局
