I'm curious what the total cost for building a house in Thailand is if you're a foreigner you cannot own a land you have to release the land .
the house cost just over 1 million Thai Baht , approx $30K USD to build. Yes, agreed, as a foreigner generally speaking you can't own land.
Mate we had a crew doing ashphalt up in our province and they were wearing thongs on hot mix, I kid you not !
