I used to play with a Pro Staff 97 and switched to the Blade 98 v8 and I would agree. The Blade is a friendlier more useable Pro Staff. The Blade is working really well for me now.
I demoed tye raquet, and felt the same sailing effect. Could not control the depth. I’d prefer my Vicor pro 100 over the Prostaff X in almost every aspect, probably except stability.
Do you mean the Yonex Vcore Pro 100 ? I've also started using that , the black and red edition leading up and leather grip to total static weight 350g . Was thinking to get the Pro staff X. How are they different if you having played both in terms of stability handling with incoming power shots, crisp feel, feedback, plough through. 🙏
How does the PS X play on the one handed backhand? I know that it is still Pro Staff, but it is more spin friendly racket with higher launch angle than the 97 version, thus the question.
Great video's, makes me wanna try everything. I bought the Pro Staf v14 100 inch team second hand, it's like a X but lighter (280), it plays flawless. I can't find much about it. Do you know this racket and what are you thoughts about it? Maybe to light, but the handling is so good. I'm thinking about the X, the 97 i coulnd't handle.
Hey Jonas, how does this compare to the head speed mp auxetic? I actually like that racket alot but feel like it lacks that slight bit of putaway power. Also slightly “launchy”
Hey Jonas! I'm using Blade 98 v8 and I am considering changing to this Pro Staff X, what would be your one or two main differences/similarities against these two in your opinion, please? Thanks for your help!
I would like to ask your help because I can't find the specs of an old racquet I have and I'm curious about it. It's a Head Leader GPW Graphite about 325g strung. It's more then 20 years old but it was my favourite till recently. Do you know where I can find the specs? Thanks in advance and congrats on the channel, always love to ear your comments.
Those Fuzzy Yellow Ball ads are obnoxious. I remember Will Hamilton from 10+ years ago when we was trying to sell his online courses. Didn't like his aggressive marketing then, like it even less now.....not a criticism of you though TN - you have a great channel.
Thanks for the great content one more time it's proved that it's so important what you put on your racket as strings as that might made you love the racket or don't like it so much... and you'll never know until you try few setups... Thank you for the great video
Hi @tennisnerd im interested in this racket but also blade 100 v8. Im coming from speed mp what do you think? Id prefer a bit more stiffness and power in a frame. Also i hate numb/dampened frames. Thanks in advance
Which strings would you recommend on the PS97 v14? At the moment I’ve the 4g desert bronze at 56lbs and I feel it’s a bit too rigid, making me a very tired arm after 2 hours playing. Would you advice to try lower tension or to change type of strings? Any advice is appreciated
I'm really enjoying the Wilson NXT Duo Feel, with the 4G on the mains and NXT on the crosses, It softened up the jarring "twang" it had on off hits with full 4G
If you are good enough to play it then it is awesome! It is very forgiving and taking balls off the ground is the best with this one. Just remember that it is a beefier swing weight and larger head size so it does feel sluggish compared to 98 inch frames in my personal opinion after trying it. For reference I play with the 2022 ezone 98 and am a utr 9
I'll say it folks, I think this new cosmetic is ugly as sin. I see no reason to go beyond the V13 at this point. Unless you want the larger headsize, which I don't. Shocked that Wilson would swing and miss this badly with the appearance of what has been their flagship racket for a third of a century. Shame.
Nikki's backhand is such a beauty!!!
The pricing on modern day racquets is WILD, second hand is the only way I’ve been buying, so many steals that I can’t pass up...
maybe get a business or proper job wtf??
This is a cheap sport. Try golf. Stop whining cheap skate
I Demo'd the Pro Staff X and Blade 98 side by side and found them to be similar in feel. The Blade just seemed to do everything a bit better for me.

it does for most
Matching the correct string with racquet & player is such a priority. Thanks for the review/update.
How does it compare to the six one 100 v13?
Do you have an opinion on the differences between the Wilson X and the six one?
How does this compare to the Gravity Pro 2023?
Just got one pro staff X with RPM 40 lbs. It's great.

I use the same set up and love it. ❤

Same here. I am considering using it with Solinco Hyper G.
@@aksikanal6507 Nice. I am using a hybrid of Yonex Fire on the mains and Solinco hyper G on the crosses.
Strung mine with Element Green 130 and it feels great!

Wilson is so confused 😕 what 🎾 racquet to sale?
Hey, any experience trying Artemik strings?

I would go Blade 100 over this one, great stick.

Do you prefer this to the 97 v13 as well?
That is a tougher one, I really like the PS 97 V13, so would probably go with that one..
is this just a Wilson Radical Pro??
Jonas, strings are almost as important as racquets!!! They can ruin a good racquet or make playable a bad one!!!
How is it for Single Handed Players?

new music.....YESSSSS
I can't buy it for the color alone
Not a fan of new Paint Job. It looks so ugly. Previous Black RF paint is always the Best.
u complain of arm issues and u went the stiffest string in the world. smart baldy man

Just demoed a PS97v14… gotta say, not pretty.
Did you like the v13?
