Was waiting for this video. I was playing around with it because my first thought was "This would be great on Garen. He doesn't need manaflow and the bonus true dmg is huge."
His w has a passive which every time he kills a minion 0.2 or 0.3 mr and armor gets adeed to his over all and it stacks with a limit of 30 mr and armor
Idk if you just don't care because you're comfortable with the handicap, but you trade into yasuo shield almost every time you fight him across many different videos lol.

The rune goes crazy. Was playing Karthus on ARAM yesterday and it ended up refunding 6 minutes by end of a 35 minute game
Just came to say something similar about Karthus in ARAM. In some cases I was able to start and end team fights with my ult.
