Than you so much for the tips and for showing us what aphasia is and what is not. Congratulations to David and his mom. It's really hopeful to watch that recovery from aphasia is very possible.

Thank you so much for the GREAT tips!
I was working as a registered nurse in a Definitive Observation Unit/Primary Stroke Center in a hospital. Then I had a massive stroke on 2012; I was 39. It was very ironic. I had global aphasia and I had right-side weakness. My speech pathologist (Allison) was awesome! My speech is better now. I still get frustrated sometimes. Most of the days are positive.
Thank you for the excellent tips!
Carol and David are my heroes.
(My daughter help me write this.)

I enjoy listening to you and your son. I bought the books, and I read them to work on my comprehension; it has been helping me immensely in learning how to accept my aphasia. Thank you for sharing!
