@@StadiumVillaThis project will be self financing, as the expected revenues are around 300+ mil, and the morgatge only 100mill per year. That's why you have to separate this debt, from the regular one.
On the other hand, the new board has already reduced the short term debt and set Up limits on the wages. Reducing so, the first team yearly salaries from 800 mil to 240miI.
In few years, with the Camp Nou finished, Barça will be, back on track.

A club in the size of Barca deserves such a stadium the renovation is long overdue as the old camp nou was looking more ancient with a leaky roof and terraces that look outdated. Not to mention it would increase the club’s value and become more attractive for top players to wanna come play in such an artistic stadium
One corection tho, the espai barça, includes the new buildings and facilities around the stadium, wich are: hotel, offices building, new museum and barça shopping building, and also the new Palau Blaugrana, which is for Barça 's basketball, handball and hokey teams.
The club already have the training facilities and the mini stadium Johan Cruyff in Sant Joan Despí. Its called ciutat esportiva, aka sports city.
At the end of the day sports is all about business, dallas cowboys always have a shit season and yet they are still most valuable NFL team.
Without profits, most sport might not even exist.
