10キロは落ち、筋肉量は増えたのですが（体組織を測る体重計上）、すぐに元の体重以上にリバウンドしました😢
普通のジムに通うようになりましたがもともとワインが好きで、我慢していた反動もあり1本飲みながらの食事もだめだったのかなと。
160センチ、66キロです。
わたしのPFCバランスはどんなもんでしょうか。
そして、筋トレ大事とのことですが、ホットヨガに通い始めました。
