How will u know if someone is rejected ?....Is pod also shows proccess completed after personal interview...My pi was completed on 9th Feb 2023 it just shows interview completed ...there is no update till now
Got selected for GET role :) offer came on feb 27 through POD and mail. Is intenship compulsory for joining cuz it is mentioned that "Internship is a must. Internship completion certifications shall be verified at the time of joining." When will they call for onboarding?

Some companies send offer 1 or 2 months before usual date of joining. So around the time you graduate. Not sure about JSW. Better keep preparing and applying more companies
After I got to know that I am selected, as I was not holding an internship, I did a 2weeks online industrial training course by Bsnl, Is the certificate valid in point of jsw.

It depends upon the branch you were from if your are from CS, then coding questions are asked instead of domain questions as in case of core branches
