Hardmode Insanity.
God breath Sans.
DustDustDust Sans.
For context Hardmode Insanity is just Insanity on steroids. God Breath Sans is LB Sans when he got saved by Core Frisk. His lore is quite confusing. But he can go into more forms such as omni form. And Dust God form when hate comes out of his soul. DustDustDust from what I know, is a DustDust Sans that escaped the underground which killed all humans on the surface. As well absorbing them all.
