Update - after filming I felt sure I smelt quite a prominent patchouli note (not listed) that mixed with the cherry (which did return and definitely lingers) so it felt like a patch / cherry with smoky woody nuances. As it's continued to wear on my skin it reminds me a bit of Lost Cherry by Tom Ford but imagine it was created for a Middle Eastern audience (smokey and dark). There is a strong presence of dry woody amberiness that might not suit those that are sensitive to woody amber molecules. Overall a very modern niche fragrance suited very much to the Harrods Perfume Hall. Would not suit someone that likes a more delicate or classic fragrance.
Coincidence! I got my bottle today. I bought into the hype and just wanted that bottle and box too. It's uneventful and easy for me. I do like it, not a love yet. It's very wispy on me, definitely woody and warm. Not sweet and candy like at all. The lactonic element stops it being too woody and dry. It's very unisex for sure. I think FDB have played it easy with this creation. Not ground breaking or show stopping. More enveloping and pleasant. But i do like it. Wish it was both sweeter and also had more moss.

Kilian "Rolling in Love" is good to layer it with to add a bit more sweetness and syrpyness
I found i noticed more Oud in the beginning which made the Cherry feel bolder and more medicinal in the opening. But it definitely drifts away

I’ve not sprayed on clothes but it lasted hours and hours on my skin, I think it’s the woody amber notes that make it last.
