What a great video! All of them looked amazing! I’ll probably try the chicken first! BTW before Corn Flakes were gluten free we made a potato casserole that called for Corn Flake crumbs for the topping & we have a family member who follows a gluten free diet, so we ended up using Corn Chex crumbs. The topping was so crunchy. So ever since then we only make them using Corn Chex!
And that’s super healthy ohhh I saw your recipe for umm pasta 🍝 with tomatoes 🍅, cucumber 🥒, green peppers 🫑 with green pesto I have to try it with some homemade sauce

Just eat regular meat, you will have a lot of proteins for fewer calories
