Hi Sherrie. The Bingo card is how the slot machine win/loss is determined. In Nevada, for instance, slot machines have random number generators when you press the play button. In Washington some Casino are class 2 Casinos which operate on bingo cards which are basically the same idea as a random number generator, it's just the spin is based off of ball drawn and daubed on a bingo card vs a random number generator.
