    Thank you for the great tutorial! I am using Fresco on Windows and I do think there have been some changes in the app but I am able to follow your instructions. Thanks again!

    Wonderful! Thanks for explaining how the Creative Cloud can be slow to update …I thought I had been doing something wrong! (Or I’m just very impatient 🤣). I love how Capture and Fresco work together

    Hi! And I am having problem with my library too. My shape is not sinking into my library. I am paying yearly for Mobile bundle: Ai, Ps, Express, Fr and creative cloud= 5 programs. Did not manage to do what you have demonstrated. Some configuration work is needed. I noticed one thing in owner field of the Fresco program the email is random with no names. I know one thing that each country in EU has its Adobe country permission. Who can help? The helper should know how to use Fresco and also this country permission stuffs I think. Also I liked this frame you are having around iPad, where I can buy? When saving the image I do not have as yours “Save image” field, but I must save into iPad files. Thanks, Print Me Some Color! I wander why this shape I cannot save directly into my graphic shape??? Why I should go via capture???

    Please help.. my library is not showing int shapes tool. I used adobe capture, cloud is synced and I’ve rebooted my iPad, all apps are up to date. I can’t access my shapes :( which is why I bought fresco.

      Hi! That’s frustrating, isn’t it! Have you done these checks? 1. Logged into same Adobe accounts on both Capture and Fresco 2. Saved them as shapes and not brushes 3. Checked under the exact same library name that you saved the shapes in 4. Capture has synced to the cloud(sometimes I have seen it takes longer to sync).

      @@printmesomecolor thanks for replying. I am using my Apple ID for all 3 accounts. I also trier to download creative cloud, the “shapes” made with Capture show up there. In Capture it says files are synced. What’s infuriating is the “my library” is not showing in fresco (in shapes doesn’t show up.) only the original fresco ones show. I also tried to make a very small shape so the file size was small. No go. I’m about to re install the app but that means losing all the vector drawings I’ve done so far? (Or once they are at the cloud does that mean they are backed up). I appreciate your input as Adobe has not replied to me.

      @@JasmineCherie before deleting Fresco, see if your drawings show up on creative cloud. If they don’t, your Fresco isn’t syncing OR you are logged in with a wrong Adobe ID. I don’t know about using Apple ID to log into Adobe, have never used it, so you might want to cross check creative cloud and make sure Fresco is synced over there.

      @@printmesomecolor thanks for this. So in the end I saved all my files down to my iPad locally, then I uninstalled both fresco and adobe capture. I rebooted my iPad (which by the way is a new pro 12.9, and then re-installed, and rebooted again, and when I looked in my “shape” tool, now my library suddenly showed up. I’ve been having so much fun with it all weekend. Also packing (because we are moving soon).

      @@printmesomecolor also not one single reply or assistance from adobe in trying to resolve the issue. I wrote on their community forum and a ticket from inside of adobe account. Which is sort of disappointing when paying for an app.
