I find myself speechless wondering how to word this paragraph... exactly a month ago GOD relieved me of many unclean spirits, so many I lost count. it was a 3 day process... during which I was fasting... I havent read the WORD in YEARS MANY YEARS, and the spirit kept revealing the book of JUDE; the EVERLASTING CHAINS VERSE as well as other scripture... it was a harrowing experience indeed very sobering, thru the process I was also delivered from bondage illness and depression... Im very cautious trying not to come off as looney but with the state of the world I believe something is amiss...I will end with this thought.. one of the scriptures the spirit led me was the one concerning RAISING NEW PROPHETS AND REMEMBER WHAT YOU WERE WHEN CALLED...I dont claim to be a profit but this is sobering indeed PEACE BE WITH YOU ALL...

Mr v, I dont mean to but in, you say you want to be a true Christian so I just want to help. If your aware of this already and dont care that's up to you, but if your not you should know this about Catholicism. I was raised catholic for 40 years and just found out something so shocking I denounced being catholic immediately. I was always taught the 2nd commandment was dont take the Lords name in vain...I now found out the original, true version in Hebrew is actually...you shall not make, bow to, or worship any graven image in likeness of anything in heaven or earth....the Catholics actually took out one of God's Commandments!!! and deceived everyone to commit sacrilege. And filled their churches with graven images..If the God of creation gave you ten laws to hold, would you for even one second think about altering it? Of course not!! But they did..they split the 10th Commandment into 2 parts. Dont covet your neighbors wife #9 Don't covet your neighbors goods #10....THEY SHOULD BE ONE !!! they split it to cover taking the other out. Utter sacrilege. But they'll say oh its harmless we're not worshipping it, just praying. But think about it...if it was harmless or didn't mean anything then why take it out? If there's nothing wrong why change it.. the fact they took it out shows without doubt they knew it was wrong!! They knew exactly what they were doing. Jesus said for anyone teaching the bible. .old testament. .not to change a single word or letter. They took out an entire Commandment for Pete sake ! . So realize everytime you step into a catholic church and look at a statue of jesus or Mary your committing sacrilege. .and breaking God's law. It's tough, I was catholic over 40 years but after learning that I'll never step foot in there again. Just trying to help. I checked a dozen other worships and the only ones who really have it right are Baptists. The correct Commandments in order, no statues, no fancy robes or rituals which was why jesus hated the pharisees. You go to heaven by God's grace only, not works. God bless.

Good for you for doing some homework and finding the truth. I have just read a most excellent book written by a priest who lived in the 1800's. It is called "Fifty Years in the Church of Rome" written by Charles Chiniquy. He was a french Canadian priest who emigrated to the United States and settled in Illinois. Some of the priests grew to dislike this gentleman greatly, because he was decent and upright, and they weren't. Long story short, they framed him; had one of their sisters accuse him of rape, and he was headed for prison. A friend recommended he hire Abraham Lincoln as his lawyer. He said he had never heard of him, so his friend told him Lincoln was the most honest lawyer in all of Illinois, so he promptly acquired him to defend him. Lincoln proved beyond all doubt that father Chiniquy was 100% innocent, and the priests who lied were headed for prison if they didn't dismiss all charges, which they promptly did. That's only the tip of the ice berg, it's a fantastic book, and even more amazing is that this case has a connection to the catholic church and the killing of Abraham Lincoln. By the way, this priest left the catholic church of his own free will, and the majority of his congregation left with him. I was told by someone that the official record to this day was that Mr. Chiniquy was excommunicated by the catholic church, which is absolutely not true. Also, I had the honor of hearing Chuck Missler teach many years ago. He used to say, "Text out of context is error" when he would talk about teaching the Bible. Your critic here, paul saul mentions faith without works is dead. That's from the book of James. In context that book is talking about good works will come about as a result of a saving faith that already exists. You're right, we are saved by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone. Jesus did everything for us, all we have to do is accept His free gift of salvation. Or to quote Charles Chiniquy from the Dedication of his book to Roman Catholics, he said "You will see that you are not saved through your ceremonies, masses, confessions, purgatory, indulgences, fastings, etc. Salvation is a gift! Eternal life is a gift! Forgiveness of sin is a gift! Christ is a gift! You have nothing to do but to believe, repent, and love" ......... I think that says it all. God bless you!
Rob Skiba said that understanding the Nephilim is the "rosetta stone" of scripture interpretation. That may be overstating the point, but Chuck is hammering on the same point. This matters, and if your preacher is not preaching this, he is going to probably take a soft view of nearly all the rest of prophecy. Good luck finding anyone who does preach this.
The bible clearly states that when you die, you sleep until the resurrection. Bible does not teach that you go to heaven at the instance of death, or else Lazarus would have had many stories to tell....he had none because he was asleep in the grave.

I haven’t listened to Chuck Missler for a while, but it wasn’t because I lost interest. It was because God was/is doing a specific work in my life. Chuck’s teaching is exquisite, but it’s those subtle jokes that he throws in. I find myself chuckling even when he teaches serious stuff. Love this man. One of my fathers in faith on this planet.
YES! "The Angel view" of Genesis 6. I was taught this doctrine decades ago, early 1970's or sooner. So it's been around a very long time. I know many try to reject or ignore it, but it has never gone away. I believe it is correct!
It's been around for millennia. The Jewish rabbis actually teach the Sethite view, and they have historical documents going back to even the time of Jesus that laments the people being drawn to the angel view.

Matthew 22:30 is not saying that all of mankind will become spirits in Heaven. Read Revelation chapter 14 and you will note that only 144,000 are to be selected for that purpose. In the first century it was apparently very common that Christians were selected for that purpose. But there is obviously many more Christians than 144,000. So what does our Creator have in mind for them? The same as he had for Adam and Eve before they followed Satan. "But the meek will possess the earth, And they will find exquisite delight in the abundance of peace." Psalm 37:11; 37:29. So there was to be a first and second resurrection. The first for the 144,000 to heaven. Revelation 20:6, Philippians 3:11. And the second for the rest. John 5:28, 29, Isaiah 33:24; 35:5, 6. As for marriage, death is when a marriage ends. But if you live forever on the earth (Psalm 37:29) you could be married forever, if you decided to marry.
The seth version is a dumbed down early version that literally stops making sense as soon as believers began learning to read. The angel version makes perfect sense.

Dr. Missler is absolutely correct. This all can be found in The Book Of Enoch, The Reluctant Messenger. This is what Second Peter and the Book of Jude came from. Listen closely, I f God had not sent the flood and destroyed the fallen angels(Nephalim) and preserved the human bloodline through Noah and his family. Christ most likely would not have came for the forgiveness of sin. Christ is holy and perfect and of no sin and could never come through an impure bloodline. Therefore if not destroying the impure bloodline no forgiveness of sin would ever be. Thank God every day for destroying the Nephalim in the flood. They are coming back. Woe to the inhabiters of the Earth, for Satan and his angels have come down among'st you.

Partially right. Enoch was the embodiment of the creation Good had in mind when He made us. Enoch was righteous and perfect in his way, but not prefect like Christ was in His BEING. But being so righteous, Enoch almost was the only person take up to heaven in the first other than Jesus. That says a lot.
If the angel view is right, then christianity has been crippled and handicapped in terms of spiritual warfare and understanding the spirit realms/dimensions for centuries. Nothing is by accident. There is a reason that the "angel view" was changed into a watered down version. Yes indeed it has to do with spiritual warfare, & is indeed very important!!
The book of Enoch tells you all about the fallen angels and nephilim. By the way why is this book not in our bible? Genesis says Enoch was taken before the flood. Genesis 5: 21-25 says Enoch walked with God and was no more for God took him. Jude called Him a profit. The church's canonized these books and took them out, Why? The apostles and Jesus quote from this book as well as other books. Enoch 45:3 and Matthew 19:28 spoke of "the throne of glory". Enoch 45:51, and Peter 3:13 spoke of "new heaven and earth.", Enoch 46:1 and Daniel 7:9 speak of "the Ancient of days". and Enoch 47:1 and Rev 6: 9&10 "the prayers of the martyrs". This is just a few but you get the picture. We need to acknowledge these books as part of our scriptures. We need to return God's word to its full glory.
The book of Enoch is in the Bible of the Ethiopian Ortodox church but was not included in the canon of the major churches in the rest of the world. Why? Well the Old testament follows the Jewish canon and when this was established around 100 AD it might just have been so that the Rabbis would not have been very keen to include a book which so clearly points to the claims made by Jesus Christ.
With All Due Respect: I was Raised a "Roman Catholic" which back in the 1960's, 1970's PROHIBITED Us from reading "The King James Bible". This was back then don't know about now.. In modern times. It's strange, when I turned 15, I asked my Mother if I could "seek Truth Somewhere else...As ALL I ever learned was.."Stand, Sit, Kneel etc" And when "The Faldiones" Those that are supposed to teach God's Sheep Never thought me anything...I left. Now...please understand..I mean no disrespect to other "Denominations." But, I would ask them certain questions, about God's Holy Word, and All I got was..."God works in Mysterious Ways." So...I kept Searching... A couple of Ministers from different "Denominations" Ask me to Leave their Churches...because according to them.. "I was Possessed." Just for asking questions...I wanted to understand. "When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish Things." 1 Corinthians 13:11 Makes more sense, now then Ever. Until we Grasp that there a "Evil Men" in Scripture they are named "The Kenites & The Hivites" among Other names..In my Humble opinion these people have the same "Blood Line" as "The Elites" The 13 Families that Rule This Present "Satan's" World. I applaud the courage it takes to explore this topic. When one looks at ancient megalithic archeitecture and examines universal myths the "angel" view seems most plausible versus those who struggle with the extraordinary, and restrict themselves to the most prosaic explanations. They are theological analogs of the limited thinking "scientists" handicaped by philosophical naturalism.

read the book of Enoch. It was part of the bible until the roman/Catholics took it out in the 5th century. The bible (ethopian version) still has the book of enoch, book of jubilee, book of Jasher, etc which are all mentioned in the current KJV of the bible. Book of Jasher filled in a lot of interesting gaps of the life of Abraham. I read the book of Enoch and took the lord as my savior right afterward. Powerful stuff.

ron jordan My apologies for my late response to your comments. First and foremost I do categorically believe in the God of the Bible. I study my Bible everyday because it is vital to understand God’s requirements for our life and we need to get to know Him intimately. But, as Christ Himself used parables, I think it is fair to assume that the book of Genesis will have the ancient equivalent. The first 5 books of our Bible are thousands of years old so will have ancient folk tales because word of mouth was how people passed on information about their identity and who their God is. We must also ask questions about what the Bible says, this doesn’t mean we don’t believe what is written in it, it just shows we have an enquiring mind and we are trying understand the significance of what the text is trying to say. A perfect example of this is in the book of Judges, chapter 3 v 15, we are introduced to a character called Ehud who we are told was a left handed man! I read this at a very early stage in my search for God, and I had to ask myself why God felt thIs significant enough to be included in the descriptive text. It was many years before it was explained to me that the majority of the Benjaminite tribes were trained to fight with their left hand by having their right arm bound. It was a military tactic that gave them the advantage against the enemy who were mainly right handed warriors. Thanks for your comment!

Mistranslation? More like purposeful translation. I am not a "scholar," but even I can pick up a book and learn from it. I found the "calling out to God" kind of odd so I looked it up. Yup. They profaned the name of God is an accurate translation. Why? Because it most definitely fits the context.
When the scripture says, "men began to call upon the name of the Lord" , I always felt that to mean the beginning of religion, especially sacrificial such as Baal worship and it was the worship of God that was corrupt. So, men began to profane the name of God is referring to pagan acts of worship.

Just watched both first and second video on this and liked them both. I just wish the presentation had been slower, the slides also presented slower, and perhaps a diagram to make all the relationships easier to follow. That said, this presentation would be hard for any new believer to follow... especially those without the advantage of reading the Bible on personal time.

Only direct creations of God like the angels , Adam are called Sons of God. The children of Adam and Eve are not Sons of God because they are a result of being born not a direct act of God. Through the sacrifice of Jesus we get the opportunity to become Sons of God when we get our new bodies which he will create to replace these mortal ones we inhabit currently. Read the Targum of Jonathan on Genesis 14! KJV is NOT only one the good version of the Word of God (the Bible)! Actually the Tanach is written in Hebrew and some mans of God translate to Aramaic, because before around 2000 years in the Synagogues they speak in Hebrew and Aramaic, not Greek! And filled their churches with graven images..If the God of creation gave you ten laws to hold, would you for even one second think about altering it? Of course not!! But they did..they split the 10th Commandment into 2 parts. Dont covet your neighbors wife #9

Good for you for doing some homework and finding the truth. I have just read a most excellent book written by a priest who lived in the 1800's. It is called "Fifty Years in the Church of Rome" written by Charles Chiniquy. He was a french Canadian priest who emigrated to the United States and settled in Illinois. Some of the priests grew to dislike this gentleman greatly, because he was decent and upright, and they weren't. Long story short, they framed him; had one of their sisters accuse him of rape, and he was headed for prison. A friend recommended he hire Abraham Lincoln as his lawyer. He said he had never heard of him, so his friend told him Lincoln was the most honest lawyer in all of Illinois, so he promptly acquired him to defend him. Lincoln proved beyond all doubt that father Chiniquy was 100% innocent, and the priests who lied were headed for prison if they didn't dismiss all charges, which they promptly did. That's only the tip of the ice berg, it's a fantastic book, and even more amazing is that this case has a connection to the catholic church and the killing of Abraham Lincoln. By the way, this priest left the catholic church of his own free will, and the majority of his congregation left with him. I was told by someone that the official record to this day was that Mr. Chiniquy was excommunicated by the catholic church, which is absolutely not true. Also, I had the honor of hearing Chuck Missler teach many years ago. He used to say, "Text out of context is error" when he would talk about teaching the Bible. Your critic here, paul saul mentions faith without works is dead. That's from the book of James. In context that book is talking about good works will come about as a result of a saving faith that already exists. You're right, we are saved by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone. Jesus did everything for us, all we have to do is accept His free gift of salvation. Or to quote Charles Chiniquy from the Dedication of his book to Roman Catholics, he said "You will see that you are not saved through your ceremonies, masses, confessions, purgatory, indulgences, fastings, etc. Salvation is a gift! Eternal life is a gift! Forgiveness of sin is a gift! Christ is a gift! You have nothing to do but to believe, repent, and love" ......... I think that says it all. God bless you!
Rob Skiba said that understanding the Nephilim is the "rosetta stone" of scripture interpretation. That may be overstating the point, but Chuck is hammering on the same point. This matters, and if your preacher is not preaching this, he is going to probably take a soft view of nearly all the rest of prophecy. Good luck finding anyone who does preach this.

The bible clearly states that when you die, you sleep until the resurrection. Bible does not teach that you go to heaven at the instance of death, or else Lazarus would have had many stories to tell....he had none because he was asleep in the grave.

I haven’t listened to Chuck Missler for a while, but it wasn’t because I lost interest. It was because God was/is doing a specific work in my life. Chuck’s teaching is exquisite, but it’s those subtle jokes that he throws in. I find myself chuckling even when he teaches serious stuff. Love this man. One of my fathers in faith on this planet.

Matthew 22:30 is not saying that all of mankind will become spirits in Heaven. Read Revelation chapter 14 and you will note that only 144,000 are to be selected for that purpose. In the first century it was apparently very common that Christians were selected for that purpose. But there is obviously many more Christians than 144,000. So what does our Creator have in mind for them? The same as he had for Adam and Eve before they followed Satan. "But the meek will possess the earth, And they will find exquisite delight in the abundance of peace." Psalm 37:11; 37:29. So there was to be a first and second resurrection. The first for the 144,000 to heaven. Revelation 20:6, Philippians 3:11. And the second for the rest. John 5:28, 29, Isaiah 33:24; 35:5, 6. As for marriage, death is when a marriage ends. But if you live forever on the earth (Psalm 37:29) you could be married forever, if you decided to marry.

Dr. Missler is absolutely correct. This all can be found in The Book Of Enoch, The Reluctant Messenger. This is what Second Peter and the Book of Jude came from. Listen closely, I f God had not sent the flood and destroyed the fallen angels(Nephalim) and preserved the human bloodline through Noah and his family. Christ most likely would not have came for the forgiveness of sin. Christ is holy and perfect and of no sin and could never come through an impure bloodline. The book of Enoch tells you all about the fallen angels and nephilim. By the way why is this book not in our bible? Genesis says Enoch was taken before the flood. Genesis 5: 21-25 says Enoch walked with God and was no more for God took him. Jude called Him a profit. The church's canonized these books and took them out, Why? The apostles and Jesus quote from this book as well as other books. Enoch 45:3 and Matthew 19:28 spoke of "the throne of glory". Enoch 45:51, and Peter 3:13 spoke of "new heaven and earth.", Enoch 46:1 and Daniel 7:9 speak of "the Ancient of days". and Enoch 47:1 and Rev 6: 9&10 "the prayers of the martyrs". This is just a few but you get the picture. We need to acknowledge these books as part of our scriptures. We need to return God's word to its full glory.
The book of Enoch is in the Bible of the Ethiopian Ortodox church but was not included in the canon of the major churches in the rest of the world. Why? Well the Old testament follows the Jewish canon and when this was established around 100 AD it might just have been so that the Rabbis would not have been very keen to include a book which so clearly points to the claims made by Jesus Christ.

read the book of Enoch. It was part of the bible until the roman/Catholics took it out in the 5th century. The bible (ethopian version) still has the book of enoch, book of jubilee, book of Jasher, etc which are all mentioned in the current KJV of the bible. Book of Jasher filled in a lot of interesting gaps of the life of Abraham. I read the book of Enoch and took the lord as my savior right afterward. Powerful stuff.

ron jordan My apologies for my late response to your comments. First and foremost I do categorically believe in the God of the Bible. I study my Bible everyday because it is vital to understand God’s requirements for our life and we need to get to know Him intimately. But, as Christ Himself used parables, I think it is fair to assume that the book of Genesis will have the ancient equivalent. The first 5 books of our Bible are thousands of years old so will have ancient folk tales because word of mouth was how people passed on information about their identity and who their God is. We must also ask questions about what the Bible says, this doesn’t mean we don’t believe what is written in it, it just shows we have an enquiring mind and we are trying understand the significance of what the text is trying to say. A perfect example of this is in the book of Judges, chapter 3 v 15, we are introduced to a character called Ehud who we are told was a left handed man! I read this at a very early stage in my search for God, and I had to ask myself why God felt thIs significant enough to be included in the descriptive text. It was many years before it was explained to me that the majority of the Benjaminite tribes were trained to fight with their left hand by having their right arm bound. It was a military tactic that gave them the advantage against the enemy who were mainly right handed warriors. Thanks for your comment!

Mistranslation? More like purposeful translation. I am not a "scholar," but even I can pick up a book and learn from it. I found the "calling out to God" kind of odd so I looked it up. Yup. They profaned the name of God is an accurate translation. Why? Because it most definitely fits the context.

When the scripture says, "men began to call upon the name of the Lord" , I always felt that to mean the beginning of religion, especially sacrificial such as Baal worship and it was the worship of God that was corrupt. So, men began to profane the name of God is referring to pagan acts of worship.

Just watched both first and second video on this and liked them both. I just wish the presentation had been slower, the slides also presented slower, and perhaps a diagram to make all the relationships easier to follow. That said, this presentation would be hard for any new believer to follow... especially those without the advantage of reading the Bible on personal time.

Only direct creations of God like the angels , Adam are called Sons of God. The children of Adam and Eve are not Sons of God because they are a result of being born not a direct act of God. Through the sacrifice of Jesus we get the opportunity to become Sons of God when we get our new bodies which he will create to replace these mortal ones we inhabit currently. I have no issue with Chuck's suggestion that the fallen angels did the nasty somehow with the daughters of Adam. How this was accomplished, now that I haven't a clue.

If this model is closer to reality, then the antarctic is actually an ice ring surrounding the planet. Is it melting? I have no idea, but that is an interesting thought from a flat earth model.
