Kullarından herhangi bir kulu insanlar arasından seçmeye ve dilediği rütbeye yükseltmeye kadir olan Allah-u Teâlâ Âyet-i kerime’sinde bu hususu şöyle haber veriyor:
"Kime dilersen ona izzet verirsin, yükseltirsin.” (Âl-i imrân: 26)
Verilenler hep O’ndandır, O’nun lütfudur. Buna mahlûkun ilmi, aklı yetmez.
