Things that help me ground it is definitely touching mother Earth but also I love cleaning it's the best thing grounds me use this some of my energy but that's what's good people think activities are bad because it depletes but how I visualize is getting rid of negative energy similar to fasting when a person does intermittent fasting which I think is the best the body tends to get out the negative energy flushes it out😂 then one replace it with something else
Maybe it's possible it's depleting my energy but it really wouldn't make sense if I'm not involved but I guess I am involved in their mind and actions .
