Can i ask, since i just purchased this door, what goes on the edge of the fixed glass against the tile?? No seal? What if there is minor gaps? I read this door can be adjusted for out of plumb conditions...would appreciate the help😂
Hello Roc, if your wall that the fixed panel mates with is uneven or out of plumb, it will make it difficult to caulk and not look nice. Aston has a channel available that can mount to the wall and the glass will slide into. You will have to contact the company to let customer service know what finish you have and make shipping arrangements. I have run into this a lot and this is how I fix it.
By the way, does the fixed panel sit directly on the curb, glass on porcelain?? Or does the glass have some type of plastic protector to keep it off the hard surface?
The bottom rollers prevent the door from jumping off the rod and should be adjusted to be as close to the rod as possible without touching it. If the door is opening on its own then the rod is not level.
Thank you. I assume turning the bottom roller to the right will adjust it closer to the rod? Any recommendations to preventing the door from rolling open without adjusting the rod itself leveling it as it’s already fastened to the tile walls?

So you have the fixed panel setting directly on top of the tile threshold?
I think the audio and video feeds aren’t synched up. Hearing the audio before the footage is caught up to it.

Using a level up and down you are measuring “Plumb” not “level”
The door should open on the other side not on shower side.
Wrong..then you would have to get in shower to turn valve to warm up...and would get wet doing so..
