I Make a stainless steel BEER tank.!!!

I made this tank with stainless steel for beer application in only 7 days.
Aisi 304 L and some of 316L stainless steel alloy.
700 Lt of capacity.
Fully handmade. Micro pulsed TIG welding.
Polished welding, polished inside wall of cilinder.

Great Work ! What was the silver and red spray you used on the top flange and then you polished it away last the foil back purge dam it appeared to be highly flexible more than aluminum foil was it Mylar ?

thank you. Its non destructive testing, in this case is dye penetrant inks, in spray, the first is cleaner spray, the second (red) its the red ink, and the thrid its the revealing spray. Its for testing any crack or welding pore.

Stainless steel sanitary ions must be welded with a displacement of oxygen using argon, otherwise a lot of imperfection will appear in the internal part where bacteria will reside and in the case of beer it must be done

Hola, es soldadura TIG, de tipo pulsada, es un proceso un poco mas lento que el normal continuo pero te asegura la menor distorcion posible y la menor ZAC posible,
