I honestly just think he wasn’t a good fit , because he’s not physical at all and shys away from contact , he’s the complete opposite of what the niners are right now with kittle , deebo , and how they like to run the ball so much . He’s a good down field receiver but his hands aren’t that consistent , but maybe The Giants can figure it out , he’s not a bad player , it just wasn’t the right team for him. Garoppolo could also take blame for his downfall because Pettis really shined with the backup qb Nick Mullins for whatever reason .
