- In this audiovisual we show the new conception of hydraulic Shears. By explaining step by step the operation and all those characteristics that make out of these new Hydraulic Shears an excellent machine to perform cuts intuitively, quickly, accurately and safely.

Last generation CNC vertical cut guillotines NARGESA, C2006 and C3006 are manufactured with welded and stabilized steel that allows to stand big efforts without any kind of distortion.
The last generation of NEW CNC vertical cutting Shears C3006, allows to cut any type of metal in a clean and accurate way. Vertical cut shearing is a lot more precise and with its consequent lower energetic expense and cost of the blades.
The main advantages of the vertical cut in comparison to the swing cut are:

Resistance of material in vertical cut is much lower, which becomes a considerable energetic saving.
Cutting quality
Clean, perfect and accurate cut.
Life of the blades
The blades wear is almost nule. The life of the blades is 4 times higher than other shearing systems.

Rear gauge fixed to the structure.
Accuracy and repeatability of positioning from +/- 0,1mm.
Low maintenance thanks to the use of low friction elements.

Stroj vypadá dobře ,chybí mu ale úplně za strojem zařízení na rovnání nastříhaných kusů a rovněž chybí třídič odpadu, Rád bych viděl stříhat 6x310y2000 z formátu 6x1000x2000.Ne ale jen jeden kus ale 100 kusů .dělal jsem na nůžkách v Tatra Kopřivnice .
We appreciate your comment Mr. Karel. Nargesa Shears use the vertical cutting system instead of the pendular cut, this way of working allows cutting the material with minimal deformation. As for the waste sorter you mean, we agree that it is a good option, however our engineers conceive the characteristics of all the machines we manufacture taking into account that we must offer competitive and balanced equipment in terms of performance and price.
Regarding the productivity of the machine, know that these equipments are not for DIY, they are industrial machines for production.

what's the price for 16 mm x 3000 mm ?

does it have automatic blade gap adjustment ?
This is a good question!! Nargesa Shears have a maximum cutting capacity up to 6 mm, for this capacity the blade isn't adjusted
