Yea, those cards look amazing... And it's funny too considering the 71/72 Topps (and OPC) sets are notorious for their terrible centering while 72/73's are notorious for their near-perfect centering, so Topps/OPC clearly learned their lesson in centering when they issued their 72/73 set, lol.

I'll admit, as a vintage hockey collector/investor and dealer (not in that order) it's frustrating to watch a box like this opened by a bunch of dudes that clearly know nothing about vintage hockey cards, lol.... Awesome box tho. Also, keep in mind that hockey sets in general are pretty small - in this case 176 cards - so you're basically guaranteed at least one of every hit in the set and should be able to put together a couple of sets at minimum.. Unfortunately 72/73 has no "major hits" outside of Bobby Orr and has no HOF rookies either - tho it does have 2nd year cards of Lafleur, Dionne and Dryden to name a few.. I will say this is a good set to introduce a collector to vintage hockey considering it won't set them too far back to complete ($150-200 tops)... I'm curious what this box cost??

Appreciate the backhanded compliment, LOL. To be honest, I don't recall how much the box was. We got it through collect auctions.
