Bokeh is actually Japanese for Blur. We use it in photography and videography as how blurred the background is. Depending on your F stop and the range your lens lets you go. The lower the number the more bokeh you get

The county that manages Fort Buenaventura in Ogden is looking to trench the river to help with flooding issues for the future. Over the last 9 months, we built out another course at the Observatory Park section of the property just west of Fort Buenaventura to be used more for future events there. Slowly but surely, over the next few years, expect that property to see more and more investment from the community to keep DGPT Q-Series there.

Essential discs seems to be a reseller that decided to go the old DD route of slapping their name on a few discs made by others. I don’t think they are sitting on a pile of inventory. They only seem to have 30 or so discs of their own “making” for sale. They have way more secondary market discs for sale, ironically a bunch of which are Time Lapses.

Bro, if you are trying to operate a legitimate business, you are going to spend $350 and register your fucking trademark. It doesn't matter if existing trademarks don't inherently need to be registered in order to be enforceable. Registering your trademark and having it approved ENFORCES the trademark, PERIOD. Failing to pay $350 to register a trademark is dereliction of duty, it's a cost of doing business and you BUDGET THIS INTO YOUR EXPENDITURES LIKE A BUSINESS.

How’s it being a bully to do a legal business move. And a business trade that is honestly missing in disc golf. Some names of discs are super sketchy, like Supra is just the name of a specific car model. I’m sure if Supra knew that name was being used they wouldn’t be super happy.
MVP just pick a different name for the love of all things good. Balance isn’t even that great in my opinion, when you have names like Shutter, ISO, Bokeh, etc on the table from the “camera names” genre.
I don't think you understand that MVP trademarked the name because if they have to change the name, they have to remake the mold and redo QA testing which equates to 10s or not 100s of thousands of dollars in lost time and resources.
