You could probably either use echo or payday right after using the catching dragon air variant since I’m pretty sure that stuns them, with payday you can start a brand new combo as soon as you land
Also to solve your reiatsu issue (even tho you probably already know) you should try to get barragan’s robes or whatever the name is as it gives both 20 reiatsu and also damage resistance which is very good

Ngl get cero grab, when they Block pulse in air u use cero grab and it does 1 bar of dmg. Then echo for stun and tora reach to combo extend

Should have used cero grab as its more close range and can auto grip if they are low enough
arrancars haved to do raids in wandenreich aka quincy town its weird but you will win everysingle raid
