The thing that wasn’t included in the video about the Kwite stuff, he had to admit he actually is afraid of doing intercourse, so he quite literally had to expose his face, fears, and his virginity because of this
I immediately picked up on that even though it wasn’t brought up because in a way, I feel the same. Really happy that it wasn’t mentioned in the video to give him respect and not bring it up
The reason we can't make a law about false accusations is that actual victims will be even more fearful of making there case for what terrible thing happened to them because they will always be thinking about the repercussions for if it went wrong or if the worst outcome were to happen. And even the chance of a victim not being able to prove that the defendant did it and then facing charges or jail time is just horrid and should never be possible.
So its a lose-lose situation? Ain't that some bullshit.
Also if a person does make false allegations they are gonna be far less likely to admit that they are false because they know if they do admit it then they will face real repercussions
Like half the time a man facing false allegations only get freed because the woman admits it so if we make a law that has them less likely to do that then many men are gonna stay in jail

False allegations are already technically illegal, as, in certain situations, they fall under defamation. But unfortunately it’s very difficult to prove defamation, and even the people that CAN prove it tend to not press charges
Slazo didn’t ’destroy’ the allegations, he proved himself innocent, but the allegations destroyed him. And brought his career to an end

The frustrating part about allegations like these is that so many people will instantly hop on board for either clout or just to hate and then switch around or changing opinion when proved wrong. People are either just dumb asf or so miserable they feel the need to make a fucking fantasy about some random person whos done nothing wrong to them or have straight jealousy coursing through them.

The problem with internet nowadays is that someone can easily write out a false statement which can cause a massive butterfly effect. One small allegation can lead to massive impact and even if 50 percent are false, it can really damage anyone's reputation if not life. That's why whenever this allegation came out, we have to be in the middle first until we could hear both side of the story. Just because it wasn't concluded yet doesn't mean we have to harass anyone.

One of the bad things of false allegations is that people litterally most of the time, can’t defend you since they don’t know what happened and the only info they do have is a false allegation so the ones that do believe or have already hated the person start spreading the false accusation causing it to have something like a snowball effect with nothing to stop it and a lot more snow for it to grow

i know he's probably not in this video because he's way smaller than all the youtubers here, but i'd like to talk about a youtuber who absolutely DUNKED on his groomer/wierdo allegations, i'm talking about OdysseyTen.
pretty sure around 2023 (i wasn't in the OSC yet and my research was pretty bad so i don't know when the allegations started) bigger youtubers HyperCrystal and MilesDoodlesArt exposed OdysseyTen as a groomer/wierdo, showing "obsessive behavior" from Odyssey towards them, which was kinda believable, so believable basically Odyssey got kicked out of the OSC, while Hyper and Miles were respected youtubers.
but around 1-2 weeks ago, OdysseyTen came back, and absolutely DESTROYED the allegations, proving all of the claims to be false, and even kicking Hyper and Miles out of their thrones, and after that, Miles (18) and Hyper (15) started dating, that proved Miles being a hypocrite, because he accused Odyssey of being a groomer, while grooming Hyper himself, but of course, hyper isn't innocent, because another youtuber i forgot the name of, exposed Hyper of being a backstabbing lying little... that talked shit about him with Miles behind his back. so the conclusion is, Odyssey earned his respect back while absolutely destroying Miles and Hyper's reputation, which those liars deserved.
