Wow. I just started with Utau and am trying to find an English voicebank, and every voice people claim is "amazingly realistic" sounds pretty incomprehensible to my native English-hearing ears. But this one really is amazing. Do you have any suggestions for a good English voicebank I can use until you release this?

I am actually still working on the oto of an UTAU voicebank of my own, and I can tell you that when I re-recorded some sounds and added more sounds later the recordings from different sessions had significantly different quality and somewhat different tone. Perhaps it's just because this is my first real UTAU voicebank and I simply lack enough experience to create such consistency in my voice, or maybe it's due to my far-less-than-ideal recording environments and equipment and the fact that I recorded some at my mom's house and some at my dad's and that my two rooms might have such different acoustics. But then again, with how many recordings are needed for a VCCV English bank, you may not have done all your recordings thus far in a single session. If you indeed did multiple sessions of recordings already then you might be fine to re-record some sounds, because I don't hear any drastic differences in quality or tone in this demo, so you may just be better than me at replicating your own tone accurately for further recording. But as I said, I don't hear any drastic differences in quality or tone in this demo, so based on what I hear this demo alone I personally don't think you need to re-record anything. But of course, this demo features her voice with effects and mixing and all that other post-render goodness, not the raw vocals. (Those aren't raw vocals, right? There's no way those are the raw vocals. They're too good to be the raw vocals. (I mean this as a compliment.)) So I don't know what the raw vocals sound like. The effects and mixing are likely hiding some of the inconsistencies that may be in the raw vocals (as most good mixes of synthesized singing do).
Without knowing the "behind the scenes" aspects of the voice (recording process, raw vocals, its behavior in UTAU, the amount of variation/modulation you did in mixing, etc.) I can't say for certain whether or not re-recording some sounds is a good idea/would be effective in this case. Hopefully this helps you in some way rather than makes you uncertain. I can tell you though that you shouldn't delete any of the old/current recordings when/if you do more recordings, they may potentially be better/more consistent in tone and/or quality than some of the new ones. That way you can do more recordings without the risk of the overall quality/consistency of the voicebank becoming lower than it currently is (not that the quality/consistency is low in this demo, it seems great to me), and potentially needing to re-record EVERYTHING. (Not that that's happened to me, but it has happened to a friend of mine.)
