Add 12gb to other models, but no 16gb for the premium ultra and probably a price increase? Lame. Unless they are offer insane trade in value, it's a no from me.
Same cameras apart from ultra wide Same 5000ma battery Same 45w fast charging Same selfie camera same 3x telephoto lens same m13 old panel spen downgraded
Their using a M13+ Panel its different to the S24 Ultra. SnapDragon 8 Elite chip alone is 45% better performance compared to the S24 Ultra, 44% battery efficiency alone is better then having a 6000ma battery 🤷♂️ Gave the Ultra a new look, adding 16GB ram to handle AI better. It's going to be a beast of a phone. No point talking it down. AI alone its ahead of every other Phone manufacturer 😆 Plus ui7 to launch seamlessly with the S25 series basically revamping the whole UI experience.
@grahamodwyer3540 Also, Bixby will be massively upgraded with Ai. This alone is a big upgrade because even if you give Bixby vague commands, it will still understand you & perform the task. It will also be capable of a LOT more compared to the current non Ai Bixby. Night video will be improved due the chip & GPU. Macro photography will be improved 4x compared to s24 Ultra. Software updates will run in the background without downtime. Gaming will improve, battery life will improve, cameras will improve due to the chip & GPU.
@samo6083 base models 8->12GB Ram Ultra 12->16GB Ram, AI is the selling point of the phone. I feel like people overlook just how big of a deal AI is and will be. It's not just any Chip either it's a Monster, fair play to Qualcomm for knocking it out the park. I feel like people will just need to get hands on to realise how good it will be 😅 Like there is always pros and cons. I'm not saying it's perfect like I do wonder why they use the M13+ over the M14 panel when they produce them. Everyone is different like I couldn't really justify going from the S24 Ultra to the s25 Ultra unless you were a tech head. But from the S20,21,22,23 would could more then likely justify it.
DISAPPOINTING MINIMAL UPGRADE OF S25U. LOW BATTERY, OLD SCREEN PANEL, AVERAGE MEMORY, AVERAGE CAMERA. NO CHANGES AT ALL. AT THAT PRICE POINT, WE FEEL LIKE SAMSUNG JUST WANT TO SCAM THE CONSUMERS.
Chill tf out 😂 just look at Apple, even more minimal upgrades lmao 🤣 the S25 Ultra is going to be faster than the iPhone 16 Pro Max and it's getting a 16GB ram
I work for T-Mobile, and my Samsung rep came in yesterday, and I was actually able to play with the new s25 Ultra! It is substantially lighter than the previous model and a lot more sexy. There's also a new dedicated Gemini button. it is unreal I will be upgrading from the s24 ultra. If you have any real world questions please feel free free to ask. Its a really nice phone
@@billymadyson it is unreal? Lol it looks identical every year a phone comes out and people convince themselves to justify upgrading lol. C'mon bro you know that shit looks basically the same
Is there any truth to the rumor that the S25 Ultra SPen will no longer be Bluetooth enabled. If the S25 Ultra's SPen is not Bluetooth enabled I'm keeping my S24 Ultra.
There are air features that the S-Pen does via bluetooth. As an example of one that I use very often-- when I want to be a part of a higher resolution photo that is not taken with the selfie camera, the SPen allows photos to be taken with the rear facing cameras from a distance.
10 and 12mp cameras will not cut it for Samsung this time round. Whether for telephoto or whatever. A 5000mah battery will not cut it too. This is the era of silicon carbon technology. Samsung better up their game or they will play second fiddle to Vivi x200, Honor magic 7 pro, Oppo Find x8 and Oneplus 13
Do you change your phone every year ? If not , what does ot matter to you . I can't stand the look of the current lot of Chinese phones. They all seem to have a massive round camera module . Which is understandable since Oppo, Vivo and OP might as well be clones.
I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max right now I have used iPhone and Samsung phones off and on for years the last few years I have been strictly iPhone but I feel like it is time for a change I am wondering about getting a Samsung Galaxy or Google Pixel phone this time but I’m not sure if I want to go for a standard candy bar style phone or a Z Fold 6/Pixel 9 Pro Fold type foldable
In 5 years, I'd rather opt for nextgen "Smart Glasses" from Apple/Meta/Samsung/Google..., onboarded with embedded AI, embedded ultrahigh-res camera lenses, 6G connectivity (eSIM), augmented reality, Holographic I/O interface and amazingly efficient voice/image/video/gesture driven Search interface , killing the legacy search and exploration via mobile browsers running on smartphones.
Pwm rating? I hope it is high. S23 ultra had super low rating that hurts my eyes and always give headaches. S24 Ultra has doubled its rating but still super low compared to other flagship phones
My nearly year old Xiaomi 14 Ultra has better specs except the SD elite. I just wish Xiaomi had pen support. I had never realised how slow the charging speeds are 😂
I cant understand why these people put so much effort for a phone launch. Not like its rare, 😂 I mean this is just absurd publicity. Not like they are gonna put a man in moon again😂😂
there is no reason to wait if you want something new but I also don't see a reason to get rid of your relatively new iPhone. I'd rather get a Oneplus 13 though instead of the S25U (as a S24U owner)
Why change if it's not broken? This quote is an obvious one and ofc look at the camera bumps on other Androids, too big and bulky, they don't wanna risk the design just to stay its minimalistic look on the back
Rounded corners feels better but personally I don't like the flat sides. In my opinion curved screens looks also much better, unfortunately that aint the case with the upcoming s25 linup.
They’re looking more like iPhones. I love it 😂 I won’t switch as my android spot now belongs to the 9XL. My 16 pro max is still my main. Samsung is not appealing anymore.
From 25 series, all I want is significant upgrade in cameras for plus as I adore the sweet spot size of plus instead of chunky ultras.
Add 12gb to other models, but no 16gb for the premium ultra and probably a price increase? Lame. Unless they are offer insane trade in value, it's a no from me.
it will hav e 16GB at 512 and 1TB

Hey im currently using iphone 13 looking to upgrade to iphone 16 pro max. Should I go for it or instead go for s25U?
Slow charging, same ole cameras, and nothing much has improved from the previous generation. Samsung is turning into Apple.
Update on camera please?

Sticking with my S23 Ultra
2 quick questions; will the chip be the normal version or the overclocked one like last year?
will there be new and faster four-lane UFS 4.0 memories?

@PatEdwardsMA ahh! Ok
Not yet confirmed. Only one leaker has mentioned it, and I am a bit doubtful. I guess we will find out when the phone launches.
Thank you SuperSaf!
wish they would increase the sensor size

why they never change de cameras design now 🙄i love samsung brand but am tired every year same shit😢

True
S25 exynos would be a fail if you have the chance to get the snapdragon version
They're all SD versions
why ain't samsung putting titanium on the s25plus and also same chipset because we all cannot use a bigger phone like the ultra but something smaller
I heard no Bluetooth features if they do that I'm not upgrading properly to s24 ultra

I'm one of the few that enjoys the curved screen. So I'm seriously debating on whether to upgrade my S23 Ultra to the S25 Ultra.
Curved screens are awful if you edit with the S-Pen. Also annoying with screen protectors. The flat screen made using the device so much better tbh
