Worship pulled me through and out of depression. It can do the same for you, sister. In his time, he gives beauty for ashes and joy instead of mourning and praise instead of heaviness. He did it for me, and he will do it for you. He is no respecter of persons. Jesus loves you and is the God of hope. He came for your brokenness. May your heart be restored in Jesus name.
Bless you my sister. Walking through trauma is one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. Joy is hard to find at times, but the more I turn it over to God and heal, I can find moments of joy. God is near the brokenhearted and I take comfort in knowing that He wants me to have joy and peace. I pray you find your peace and then your moments of joy! ❤
I don't know what you're facing in your household I pray that the peace of the Lord that passes all understanding will fill your home, that the comforter will wrap the Love of God around you and your family and I pray that in God's will being done that you will all feel that you are not alone, that you can see and be the love for each other that God calls you all to be and to know that God says He is your strength and Jesus said the comforter and teacher was left to guide, teach, comfort and always be with you. Amen🙏🏼
Thank you all so much. Your life testimonies are a great encouragement. Continue to be blessed.

It's easy for people who haven't experienced trauma to talk about Joy. It would be good to hear from people who have actually experienced adversity.
I encourage you to follow Sheila Walsh
