Yes that's "Biest"!! I can say for sure THIS IS NO FAKE - it's an old Beta-Version of "Tier" & as far as I know, they performed it live in some of their first concerts. It just sounds unusual, because it's not a final version & Tills vocals are not included. thx to the uploader!

Paul and Flake have both stated that they played a demo of tier in 94
It's not a fake, Biest DOES NOT EXIST actually :P It was sung only once in 93 or 94 in Germany. No studio version was released.
