You are so right. Even if you respect the power of nature it is still dazzling and dangerous. I am a beginning surfer as an ex skater.. 50yrs old now. Never seen an ocean.. i live by the sea. When i went to France and got stuck in a severe 9 to 10 foot swell i managed to surf one of those.. but before popping up i got scared of its raw power. It was like riding a freight train... my board stuttering and shaking.. I tried another one but got stuck as the swell got more intense and the fear i got from that lasted 10 months. If i watched waves on a video it triggered that fear again. It was just too much to handle mentally. I was focused on the technicality of surfing and forgot about the dangers.
Holy crap, that guy Larry was an unbelievable moron to agree to a 9 day ocean kayaking trip without ever even having been in a kayak before, and the both of them are extremely juvenile--Really? Let's paddle three miles back through the water that we just literally barely survived instead of taking the ferry back???? Because we're competitive??? FFS what fools.
I watched an interview with Saul and that that jackass Larry. It was infuriating watching everything that he did and then to see him absolutely trash Saul and berate him for trying to go get help. Larry kept yelling how Saul "left him" and "abandoned him" and said he should have stayed behind with him even if it meant they both died. Wow, just wow, what a trashbag.

I have seen it. It was mid spectacular to be honest. David may have wanted to be captured on camera having a great time since the trip was a gift and wife was there before surgery and cancer treatment.
I cannot believe that people tried to talk Teeka out of getting cancer treatment after David died. Did they think her child would be better off as an orphan?
They probably just thought she should postpone the surgery a couple of weeks because the emotional shock of losing her husband would leave her with fewer resources to cope with the physical and emotional shock of a double mastectomy. @sheriv7677 why should a competent, educated kayaker give up his life to potentially die alongside someone that has made a decision based on bravado. Nothing about the weak link makes sense. Next he will be trying to climb a cliff without ropes. A total liability at best.

Put yourself in a bad spot only to die and abandon his wife and small child only then to start a fundraiser.
On top of all of the tragedies she suffered she also has to work as a teacher in the US just to survive. What a sad life.
Pretty reckless going anywhere near that hole. They should put rebar over it so idiots who get close won’t die.
So the expert, lets the newbie chose the option back home, and then goes with the most dangerous answer, made by a newbie who also knew it was the most dangerous option, all because of a "anything you can do I can do better/my dad is stronger than your" mentality/pride/ego.
It's not Ma-rin County. It's pronounced MER-in County. California. I know, I live next door in Sonoma County. Both gorgeous places.
Oh wonderful you
"He had passed the point of no return." How is that? He could have turned right around and started to descend at any time.
This couple needed Jesus Christ. They can have the forgiveness of sins and the gift 🎁 of everlasting life if they repent of their *sins* and *unbelief* and *believe on* Jesus Christ ☺️
I Love your channel man!!!! 👍 I've watched a lot of stuff like this. However, your content is perfectly done. You speak perfect English 🌞💯🇺🇸
Rachel should have not died in that river. Why is it that they release water suddenly instead of continuously?!!!RIP
Why this hole was secured around to prevent people getting closer
Even for the most experienced, over confidences can be a killer because things can happen
Kayaking but never been in a kayak before ?? No problem, it's like going for a swim....but you don't know how.
Ill never understand these people's utter disregard for life, they are never satisfied with life itself so they set off to end it catastrophically. .Darwin once again.
Never go full spaz in the wild, it's simple.
Why they took a bunch of cotton on the river just boggles my mind
When there is a warning sign it is telling you death is likely
Ive just seen the first episode about the blow hole. When there are warnings KEEP WELL AWAY !!!😢😢😢

WHAT REAL LOVE IS FOR ONE'S FAMILY WHY DO STUPID SHIT TO CAUSE MORE SUFFERING 🤔👍
Blow holes are underwhelming sites.
You take so long I just can't
Very short attention spans are a problem with young people who are addicted to getting all their info in tiny bursts like tic toc.
If these are so dangerous, why can't they just cement a grate over it so you cant be sucked in????
11:56 Why would people go back to the blowhole after they had I'm assuming known about the tragedy that happened there, if they didn't know why don't more people know why isn't there a fence around this thing or some sort of obstacle so people cannot get that close?
So no one should fly, drive, walk or eat because someone died doing these things. REALLY?
How many people have died falling off cliffs, hills or waterfalls? They have barriers but stupid people do stupid things. You can't stop people from doing what they want.
DARWIN Award winner. AT IT'S BEST
The girls & the dam... they said a siren went off when they arrived...duh!
Yes, and he said twice that the sign that said what the siren meant has been stolen.
Rachel de Jong - such a brave girl. I hope she now sleeps safe in "the everlasting arms", safe in God's memory, every hair of her head numbered, and that she has the most wonderful awakening ahead of her when the time comes. She will see this lovely world again when God wakes her from the dreamless sleep of death. But he will not wake her until the whole earth is under the loving, perfect rule of the Kingdom of God, the heavenly government for whose coming Jesus taught us to pray..
