Honestly, lots of sharp pointy teeth done right. Not overkill, and being almost black in colour instead of white sells the unsettling nature of it very well, imo *forgot to mention the hollow sockets, which also come across as a lot more haunting than some other concepts I've seen, but I suppose it's because of the pairing with that beautiful colour choice on the teeth
