So. My wife and I were minding our own business on RUclips. We found the old version Caleb did, the one from five years ago. Still absolutely 100% holds up. Man alive, but it was fantastic. Today, after listening to it, I made this comment on that video: "Man. Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaan. Five years later and this still causes the hair on the back of my head to stand up. The chills. My wife desperately wants Caleb and Idina Menzel to sing a duet!" After that, I'd noticed this one was recommended in the top corner. So then we watched this. My wife: "She may not literally be Idina, but she's good enough that I am so satisfied." Also my wife: "I never knew I needed a duet rock version of this song. Until now." These are both 100% my thoughts as well, just worded better. Merciful goodness, but this was phenomenal. Thank you both.

This was the first musical I ever saw. My mom was a huge theater person, and Wicked was on tour in our area. I remember crying at the intermission with her, I loved it so much. Calab Hyles and Rebecca Parham make a really good collaboration and the rock version is fantastic very extraordinary both their voice are so Defying Gravity.
