I can use my fingers or a brush, but a brush gives me more control. What a beautiful looking formula and the colors are stunning. I have not tried them but I plan on picking a few up. Thank you so much. I like the fact that they are cruelty free and vegan as well as natural looking! It’s nice that they are multi functional as well. Beautiful swatches.
@@Beautylashes19 sure...I got one shade from each colorfix formula to start out....rustic(matte), ballerina(metallic), venus(foil), jellybean(neon) and clear glaze!
@@Beautylashes19 it is very difficult choosing from soo many options...danessa has us spoilt....I hope ballet slippers and rustic don't end up looking same on my cheeks!
@@divatitiksha true, she sure has a ton of shades and finishes to choose from... I don't think those two shades will be similar.. Rustic is more of a rusty orange.
Ah, I knew I could count on you to hook me up with a thorough and informative demo of this product! That's another DM complexion product I've been having trouble deciding on the right shade(s). I got samples of a few Fusion Flush colors along with an order I placed a few months ago and love the formula but also love all the colors. It was so helpful seeing how different they are when swatched side-by-side, and then how they work on the face; and also how they interact with the shimmery additives, and getting to see the difference between Prism fx & Dew Wet. The winner for me is Ballet Slippers for an everyday look! I'd also be interested in your thoughts on comparing "Bread & Butter" Fusion Flush with "Latte" Colorfix. Thanks again!!
Great choice there with ballet slippers 👏 It's my favourite of them! Between Bread n butter and Latte, the colour is very similar.. With Latte, there's more pigment but less blending time.. With BnB, it's a relatively sheer formula that can be built up so you can get a sheer look or a full on flushed look with it.. Also, it gives you more playtime.. That being said, you can also increase playtime with Latte by mixing it with a moisturizer or dew wet balm.. I hope this helps 😁
And I'm also eyeing the "Cherry Bomb" one after seeing you use it for the all-over look at the end -- the eyes are very "kabuki", and after spending a lot of time in Japan, I was just wondering how to create a look like that for a film shoot I am planning. I also wonder how much darker the "black cherry" one is, and how different that would look, especially on light skin with green eyes? 🍒
@@HER-icaneForceProductions hi, black cherry is still very wearable on light skin. You can apply a small amount of mix with a bit of foundation before using. It leans a little cool toned relative to Cherry bomb but on the skin, they may look similar.
@@Beautylashes19 Thank you -- I'll try that. By the way, yesterday my latest haul from Camera-Ready Cosmetics arrived today I tried the one-and-done eyeshadow look with "Celebration" Colorfix and it's perfect! It seems next to impossible to mess that up, which I really need. 😺
Hey :).. Loved that you focus on details and the swatches.. they're extremely helpful.. could you also mention the PAO of the product in your next videos?
Hey i love all your videos!! Do you prefer the vision flush or the color fx on your cheeks. My main issue is longevity and I do also have some visible pores so was wondering what you would recommend! Thanks in advance!!
@@Beautylashes19 was at sephora and tried the colorfix in rustic and boy was it difficult to blend! Dries super quick and applying with my finger was so challenging. @@djasso12 hi Diana, if you are looking for a cheek product that's easy to blend, i would recommend the vision flush formula.. or DMB has a new product in her line called blurring balm powder.. A mix of that in shade universal (clear) and any Colorfix is also perfect for the cheeks as it increases the blending time with Colorfix and creates a soft matte finish..
You have become my DM AMBASSADOR ~ meaning I'm trying to watch all your videos on all her products before I make my next purchase!! I bought a Color Fix in Rustic which is a lot brighter than I expected & the Balm Bronzer in light. I bought them from Beautylish where I've made many purchases & love the option of paying it all over 3 payments, BUT... Idk if it is a little dried out 🤔 but I find I literally have NO TIME to buff or blend it in as a shadow OR cheek blush no matter HOW FAST I work & also applying it one side at a time. (I don't return products unless I have to cuz I hate paying the return shipping ~ 😔 it just feels wrong to lose ANY $$ returning items ~ like they told me to do with a JS liquid lipstick that came with a loose lid & is slightly dried out. 😩) I AM TRYING TO FIND A SOLUTION so I can use it although I'm not a fan of how bright orange it is on my skin tone. 🤦♀️) Would you RECOMMEND adding a MIXING MEDIUM? Btw I watched your excellent video comparing those!👍👍 Maybe a facial oil or anything else you can suggest? 🤷♀️ I thought you would be a PERFECT, experienced person to ask. I don't have a similar skin tone but I still get a detailed overview of the products & as well ALL THE WAYS to use them so THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR CONTENT ESPECIALLY ON DANESSA'S PRODUCTS!! I have QUITE the Want List so far. 😆Have a WONDERFUL DAY!! PS: sorry for the long "novel" 😳 & reading this. 😁 THANK YOU SOOO MUCH for replying to my last question about the makeup brushes you used the other day. I am ALWAYS really happy any time a popular influencer, such as yourself, replies. It made my day! 💜💜
Oh no, I have had older tubes dry out but the new ones seem to be fine even beyond 2 years from opening them.. There is no way unfortunately to revive them in the tube.. but if you're able to get some out, you can mix it with DM set and seal without compromising on the wear time of Colorfix.. If you mix with oil or balm, it does make it dewy and not as long lasting.. Another tip to wear the Colorfix is to mix it with your foundation and then using it as blush.. it tones the colour down and blends much easier.. Let me know how it goes 😊
Are the Vision Flush & Colir Fix different products or are they similar texture etc? I'm trying to decide which product I'll get more use out of for a few, certain shades to use in multiple areas. Thank you!!
Yes, definitely very different texture and finishes.. The Colorfix is like a thick liquid/cream texture while vision flush is like a liquid/gel consistency.. it's more sheer than Colorfix but also depends on how much you use of each..
Thank you 😊 Unfortunately, I don't remember the lip products I have on at the start of the video.. Most likely CT lip cheat in Hot gossip or Beautypie lip liner in foxy.
Thank you for watching. Have you tried Vision flush by Danessa Myricks? Do you have any favourites? I would love to know 😊
