The cone shaped unit on the tractor pto is certainly not fast or particularly efficient... An every day horizontal hydraulic ram is far quicker with way less work than wrestling the round of wood into the cone
Imagine a world full of people too lazy to swing an axe. Enjoy that natural gas. You are a slave, so that you can "afford" it. Guess what? It ain't worth it. Work sets you free..
18:30 that's possibly the dullest chainsaw blade I've ever seen
I should clarify the machine with the table saw is not closing up to the pile of logs.
BIG, BIG like from here. My back feels better already.
I Use To Run A Machine Like That For A Rich Doctor Out West Of Alabama And Help Stack Wood

It is also much less expensive, and simpler to maintain. I used to have one that mounted to the axle on a pickup.
Those pto cone splitters look very dangerous
Slow and ineffective too.
Listening to the sound of sawing and chopping wood is so nice!
I agree...
I imagine the fresh wood has nice fragrance as well.
I can jus listen to the audio.
@@joewoodchuck3824 It’s great for those who enjoy it, but for people in urban areas, the sound of wood being chopped might just be noise pollution!
looks safer & more efficient and han those divide wheel mounted cone spliters
edit spelling; in previous message instead of han, it is than; instead of divide, it is suicide..
Its mostly pulp wood, where are the huge elm and oak crotches?
Good thing you have a gaurd for the pto on the screw splitter.
Looks like a lot of work, makes me glad that I use nat gas

The 12:00 machine looks very unwieldy to operate. Of course it doesn't help any that he's putting very large pieces on it.
loooong sticks,,,,,he must have a wide fireplace
Didn't but maybe one homemade, the last few weren't even about wood splitting.
I'm guessing that's overseas somewhere. That first dude looks like a milkman from the states.
Что только не придумают, лишь бы не работать.😊
lets see that cone thing when it hits a burl or limb
I also wonder how long it remains sharp.
That thing at 11:30 is not worth the effort!
Why are all the videos sped up,
Fast, yes this film is in fast forward😢
Most of these are more work/trouble than they are worth. None show all the work it takes to get the wood in place to split.....worthless!
14.30 Самый интекресный аппарат. 6.19 самый бесполезный.
