I don’t know if you’ve noticed that child beggar has a shirt hiding his arms. This is because a lot of them are pickpockets too so be careful if someone like that gets too close as their hidden hands might be foraging in your bag while distracting you.

Those poor people are rural people from the provinces migrating to the cities for greener pasture!! But since they have very little education they in up in the streets or slums!!! They are problem of the government

I believe even people without much education can contribute to the society. The country should have some form of jobs available for the people, at least some part time jobs. I hope everyone don’t give up and choose the wrong path of committing any crimes which will make the world worst than it already is.
