gotta give Insomniac credit for putting a twist at the end and make you fight the only other Lombax in their universe. and whoever plays him really sells the broken soul tormented by a traumatic mistake
Guess again Alastair, ratchet will never be alone as long as he has clank and that is a bond you definitely will never be able to break no matter how hard you try!
He was talking about someone that was his own kind. That he’ll never learn about the Lombaxes, and will be stuck not knowing anything about his kind. Alister knew that he wouldn’t be alone because of Clank
They shouldn't have killed him off. I could understand trapping him in the Clock (due to tampering with the clock, so he can't leave it ever again), or some other kind of punishment (maybe being crippled by the temporal explosion), but he didn't deserve to die and Ratchet didn't deserve to lose his father figure. It feels like the series just constantly punishes Ratchet for wanting to find out anything about his family.
They've both come a long way, and have come far. Ratchet really changed for the better in the third act of the first game. And by Ratchet and Clank Going Commando/Locked and Loaded, Ratchet's become an upstanding, selfless, and affable individual. Ratchet became more likeable in the third act of the first game, and has really evolved and become a lot nicer by the second game. His genuine bond and friendship with clank helped that a lot. He was still definitely a thrill seeker, and a snark, but in more of a lighthearted and comical tone. Though to be honest, I felt Ratchet had a fair share of dickish moments to Clank in Tools of Destruction as well. But did ultimately pull through, and value his friendship with clank and care for his well being. But I love how the future series really fleshed out and focuses on the characters, and their bond. Both have come very far, and evolved a lot.
@@jakandratchet9930 James Arnold Taylor who had voiced Ratchet since the 2nd games makes him such likeable character and treated Clank like a cool little brother where as JATs predecessor Mikey Kelly make Ratchet sound like an asshole because his favorite hero betrayed him
I highly doubt that general Alastair as a mess, ratchet is never alone as long as he has clank! And that is a bond you can never break no matter how hard you try!
Riku Keyblade Master he talking about having no one that was the same species as him to be with. He knows about Clank, but he wanted Ratchet to know more about the Lombaxes from his father.
will they ever release a Future saga collection of PS4? it would be nice to have all 4 Future games, and i guess All One and Full Frontal Assault as a downloadable code or something, on the PS4.
(Final Boss 1) Ratchet & Bumblebee VS. Starscream & Knockout! (Final Boss 2) Bumblebee & Que/Wheeljack VS. Sentinel Prime! (Final Boss 3) Ratchet & Bumblebee VS. Sentinel Prime!
Ace hits Luke hard on the cheek with Close Combat, and Luke strikes back with Iron Tail in almost the same spot. The views are different 'cause of the angle
Because clank told him it is a time keeper clanks father told him the safest point to go back to is 6 or less minutes otherwise the whole universe will be destroyed ratchet even though he can risk it to bring back the lombaxes it will be 1 out of 100 chance since I'm guessing ratchet must be about 19. Although he won't tell azimuth that?
+Lord Hyperdragon He's risking destroying their entire dimension to find the lombaxes, and Ratchet wouldn't let any life be lost, even if it meant finding them.
@@darknorman2914 - They did tell Alister there was a chance turning back time that far could rip apart the universe. But Alister was ready to risk everything to find the Lombaxes, in spite of that. The Great Clock can turn back time but not far enough without shredding the fabric of the universe. Problem is, it's not explained very well. The writing in this game isn't great when it comes to its own rules.

AW! That hug at 14:22!

Riku Keyblade Master that’s right

I WOULD SAY BEST FINAL BOSS EVER ^^
Sack Crash Nefarious or Azimuth?
@@starbrandfan2541 I can say both of them
great game and the graphisme is perfect
This is probably one of the greatest fights in all of the ratchet and clank games
I think Alister deserves a redemption arc. Who agrees?

I agree!
Such a shame how he sacrificed himself to save the universe from the mistake he made.
the final scene made me remember when Ratchet was such an asshole to Clank in the first game

Ever notice that azimuth looks like kratos as a lombax
+Androide Cero Holy crap you're right.
Never noticed until now... Wow
Might be intentional, since they're both PlayStation characters? :)
Robert Jindra Yup.
i didn't even notice it. guess that would explain his betrayal.
12:40
The MOST FUNNIEST PART after the boss fight.
Fixing things. It's what Lombaxes do.
17:24 *Attacks*
Flying away
Listening to Orvus’s voice in the end I still wonder up to this day what happened to him after his meeting with Nefarious.

The grooveatron kinda takes away all seroisness from the fights
Thats the point XD

He may have made a mistake after what he done in the past but i had a feeling, alister is the one who betrayed the lombaxes, that judas.
Lol i just saved enough to get a ps3 and all the ratchet and clank games ( ME FAV GAME )
3:39 sounded like the vendor's voice mixed with Clank's and it sounded like it said: "welcome back *mixes in* ya bitch"
also: breathing in space

Ratchet & Bumblebee VS. Starscream & Knockout!

Death By Dancing!

Nefarious is still sore with Ratchet and Clank for his defeat on Mylon

QUESTION why exacly ratchet not wanted to save the lombaxes ? (its been just so log i forgot).

I finished the game my self and I saw some cringy parts when I played it my self
this boss looks easy
To be fair it is quite easy, even on legendary difficulty.
Which? Nefarious, sorta. I struggle with the third ring run. Alister is fine till he starts breaking panels
