白花菜我通常拿來煮餙飯，放皮蛋攪肉．大小都愛吃，還故意放很多白花菜，餙飯快好才放菜煮一下喔
那我們這裏叫龍葵菜，用來炒薑，還是來用豬肉來加點蔥去炒香加水跟米下去煮鹹粥就很好吃的食物了❤

這種菜很像台灣的龍葵，台灣的龍葵葉子沒有很大，這種野菜營養價值高，比較寒性，要煮熟，不要生吃，如果體質比較寒的就盡量加薑同時烹煮，這種菜我最愛的烹調方式是煮成羹，很好吃
