      Why didn't you remove 10" out of the middle of the bumper ? This would of maintained the integrity of the curve and the bend lines.

    I think the bumper go's perfect with the grill. If I didn't watch the video I would of thought it was custom made. Paul, I'm sorry for your loss. I lost my Dad when he was 52. He taught me everything I know and was my best friend. 13 years he's been gone and it doesn't get any easier, but the good memories are always there.

    Please do not let Hunter ever leave. He is the person who keeps the laughter in your videos in and out of the shop. To listen to Paul and Hunter go back and forth is just fun I miss seeing Ben but the 3 of you are still doing great work. I love the bumper also. Shaun did a great job with the gas tanks as well. Keep on doing what you are doing I enjoy it very much.

    My old neighbor used to make trucks like that. He made one for me. I still have it and love it. Really miss him. He was a great man.

    The way you slightly tweaked the front bumper and gave it the Paul touch really made it fit the front of the truck perfectly. It's the little things that y'all do that make your work top notch. Great job gentlemen! 👍💪

    It's all in raw metal but I think the bumper looks good. It gives a beefy base for the front of the truck. The step for the sides was a great idea as well.

    Since I stumbled onto Fab Rats, many other family oriented you tube channels have shown up on my home feed like MORR, Trail Mator, Merlin's old school, mischief maker, Chad's Fab, Diesel Creek, Scrappy Industries,,,,,.SOOOO many. I don't even watch regular TV anymore. It is so nice not to have see all the Hollywood garbage but still get to have access to great content. Thanks for all you guys do.

    I enjoy the different variety of builds that you'll do. Sunday, Wed and Fri I look for your videos first. Your videos are not just about challenging others, breaking vehicles and fighting over the video screen. Very interesting builds, rollback starting to look good already.     Bumper looks retro and works as long as it gets a patina finish on it..the tanks need that “new” knocked off them also ..too shiny. I loved the fly cutter being used as a boring head ..that’s such a garage hack that I’ve done myself ! Your dad’s wood shop is such a cool little spot ..you can just tell that a bunch of stuff got built in there.

    I think that Super Duty bumper does fit very well. I can see why there's a bit of hesitation, as it's obviously very 'modern' looking on such a classic, but I honestly think it works.
    Lobed the segment in Grampa Shermans workshop. When you put the scene in of you both in there, you must have kicked up a bit of saw dust or something, as I definitely got something in my eye.
    You're a good man, just like he was Paul, and don't let anyone tell you different.

      I think if he plated behind the bumpers cutouts it would make the bumper a little less modern. I don't like the cutouts much.

    We do miss Grandpa Sherm. Love the trucks he made! We like the new bumper on the off road tow truck rollback and the tanks are going to be really good. Love seeing Michelle and Grandma Lolly! Nice to see Jace and Lando making and appearance. Looking good!

    Bumper is perfect. The tank looks a bit big but once the bed is on it will look better. My grandpa used to make wooden toys for all us kids, trucks tractors cars houses dolls and my favorite is the complete farm from buildings to grain silos. I seen those trucks and memories and tears flowed. Thanks for sharing.

    I’m digging the bumper on the rollback! My Juab Country side sees a little Terminator look and is loving it! It was really something special to see the Barney trucks and Silver Bullet coal wagons your dad was making. 10 till my 9 year mark of my dad’s passing at the age of 52 so I’m feeling you on the passing of your dad. Thanks for morning entertainment as I get ready to go to work this beautiful Sunday morning. Y’all rock!

    26:37 I think the bumper REALLY suits the trucks look!! I know it'd take me a week to make that from scratch, (by the time I figured out how it should look) :) .. It's welcome addition to the project!!

    Bumper adds a great look to the truck! I wasn't sure how you could attach it when you trimmed it but the step down look really gave it a nice finished look. Barnes will be copying it!

    I absolutely love your channel. My wife and I spend our morning coffee watching. I enjoy watching your crew solve problems and make sh@t work while giving it all style. The dynamic in the shop reminds me of times mt Dad was alive. He had a workshop out back and he and his friends would work on cars and fab strange things.     I am loving the wrecker/rollback
    build that bumper on the front looks the part and solves the problems of winch mounting and bumper perfectly and it looks the part too. The fuel tanks and stack pipes are going to give that build exactly the look that that cab and frame are screaming out for!! I can’t wait to see what’s going to happen at the back! But I can guarantee if it’s like all the other bits and previous builds it going to be awesome. Loving the channel and always look forward to the next episode. I am glad that Hunter gets his lifting weighty items in every day ! I bet that camera weighs a ton much like that C channel that Paul and Sean carried 😂 keep up the great work all of you

    She's looking great with tanks mounted, and as for the bumper it's looks absolutely fantastic to me and a great mix of old and new together just get Hunter to polish it to a mirror finish to match the tanks polished metal looks fantastic.

    The bumper looks good👍 blends the new and old together and after all it's not a factory ford bumper, so it's okay especially since you had to modify it to fit.

    I can't wait to see the finished product with this build. The bumper looks great. Blends "new" perfectly with the old school style of the rig.
    I had to pause the part with Grandpa Sherm's little mini-quonset shop. I called my wife in and showed it to her too. "Wowwww . . ."

    I think that if you filled the unnecessary holes, the bumper would look good on there. Especially, after the winch is installed. Your fab work is impressive as always. I like your ideas to make it fit better and the execution worked out well.

    Hunter's stick figure cracked me up. My friends and I always did stuff like that working on each other's cars when we were kids. Some of our hyroglyphics obviously weren't as family friendly 😂.
