I have had shoulder pain the past two years. For the last three months I have been doing behind the neck shoulder presses and behind the neck pull-downs. My shoulders have opened up their range of motion and I am now Pain Free! I have learned so much from Mike! He is a true Legend !

I just got Dr. Adeel Khan write up on living longer from resistance weight training, He just got very expensive dinostic equipment and for the first time can see what happens to the body when weight lifting and all I can say what he discovered is incredible. Keep lifting as it will extend your life, prevent disease and cancers .

I love the pre workout mixing part and food eating.(other than the lifting) Maybe do a food eating with a workout guest and workout like eddie hall does? just suggestions! loved the video regardless. Mo's ham and cheese looked lowkey good got me trying it now. Mike feels like my P.E teacher i need after high school college lol. Someone to just bring motivation towards living better and working out.

I do behind the necks too, and its much much tougher exercise than the regular pull downs. Once I moved back to regular pull downs from that I gained a significant amount of strength. I'm very very strong myself, but Mike doing 260 on behind the necks is next level strength. You can connect with your back much better on behind the necks, but it also works the muscles a bit different, both are good exercises.
Mike, as an Expert. THis is the first time that You've mention HMB (or I missed something). There is a TON of misconception about is it just a placebo or not. So i am doing more upper chest and shoulder workouts and other parts same. I thing I want to ask is should i keep training my mid and lower chest like before or should i stop mid and lower and focus only on upper chest for few months or more? I am really confuse about this. Any suggestions??
The recommended maximum amount of caffeine to ingest per day is about 400 mg. According to Mike, after drinking that shake, that made him 1400mg for the day.😳
I think he mentioned he might be bulking soon, and that was a bit back, but I don't know for sure that he started, but he's pretty strong right now. My face definitely gets kind of chubby and bloated when bulking, since I usually try to gain a fair amount of weight. I definitely don't look as good, but my strength and power goes through the roof and I gain muscle and feel great, so there's a trade off. I have cut and bulked so many times now. I don't know if I should keep continuing to do that. Changing your weight significantly all the time isn't always the healthiest thing to do, so I might stop and just stay at a certain weight for a while at some point.
