Hello, I can't stand QB, which I've had for years, which is also why I'd like to switch from QB desktop to another desktop software that's designed for that purpose, so it's seamless, easy migration, almost identical, with built-in shipping manager, etc.
Is there such a thing, & if so, which is the best?

If I use Quickbooks Desktop internally, strictly for my business books...no payroll, no checks, no banks, no online anything....can I continue using ??? I do not want my books online, I backup regularly to an external drive. I do not want Quickbooks in my business... help!

I use mine for the same purpose. No payroll, checks or anything online. But I’ve got to upgrade, is there an edition I can still purchase outright & use without having to do the monthly or yearly fees??
I'm still using my Desktop 2021. I constantly get pop-ups from them and wait for them to do something to screw me over. Is there a way to log out of my desktop out from intuit so they can't do that? It's funny they won't give us support anymore, but they still inundate me with upgrading to the online version and paying 1000% more. I don't want my account online!
For their course it's 599 bucks for 6 months. That's a price gouging business unfortunately
i use QB desktop for basic bookkeeping for over 20 companies. online version you pay per compnay which would get very expensive. any recommendations? thanks

Do I have to download the files from my bank before May 31, 2024 if I have desktop 2021 and am moving to online quickbooks?
Yes, all integrations to QB desktop, including bank feeds, will stop after midnight on 5/31!
What if I missed the deadline, how do I retrieve all of my information?!
