My dear, you have a beautiful voice and, regardless of the story, I thoroughly enjoy listening to every word! Your intonations and the way you tell the stories make you, in my humble opinion, one of the best channels on RUclips for storytelling! Keep up the great work kiddo! I look forward to hearing what's next!😊

The shadow people story seems a combination of sleep paralysis and layered dreaming.
I thankfully never had sleep paralysis but I did have a 5 layered dream once. The dream itself wasn't horrific or anything, merely me waking up, getting dressed and going to work.. only to end up with me waking up in my bed again.. 5 times over, and getting a little further with each layer. This was so disturbing that it took me a few hours just to figure out if I was still dreaming or not.

the one about the girl in Prague sounds like textbook sleep paralysis. it's pretty common actually. theres a stylised documentary about it I believe it's called "The Nightmare" or
something like that. it's really good.

@M-E vonA Pretty much. The only time I had something try to possess me was when I was extremely unhealthy, mentally, spiritually and physically. But I believe mental & physical health (normally) are protection from predators. The story about the little girl makes me wonder a bit.

The shadow people ones scared me the most. My girlfriend sees them after she has terrible nightmares. I've seen a few of them from time to time but nothing as serious as her. One night she was covering her head and whimpering, just silently crying and shaking her head. All I could do was hold her tight and offer comforting words. There haven't been any recently but I'm ready to help her.

The story about the college student in Prague had a similarly I've had... sleep paralysis. I was woken up by an extreme pressure on my chest with my body being unable to move except my eyes. I tried so hard to scream but I couldn't. My mouth felt like it was glued shut. As the pressure kept growing, I felt what appeared to be hands moving my arms and legs and forming them into a cross of some sorts. With all the force I had in my body I forced my self to get up and when I fought, it let go...After what seemed like a life time it, I stayed still in my bed... pondering what had happened.

There are things that go bump in the night. There are unknown creatures that come from somewhere or some time. There are so many creepy situations that happen to people myself included that are very hard to explain.I wonder how the world and paranormal investigation in particular will be in let's say 200 years from now. If humanity doesn't kill itself first.

I call bullshit on waking up so quickly that it bruises your heart! I have a 130 decibel alarm clock because I have a very hard time waking up, and when that bad boy goes off, I wake up in a fraction of a second, practically hitting the ceiling from the shock, and that is every single day. No issues with a bruised heart. By the way, how does one diagnose a bruised heart anyway?

that sleep paralysis stuff is no joke. I had it for the first time a month or so ago. I always thought that if it happened to me I'd be able to tell what was real not. nahhhhh. You know how when someone walks past you, you can feel that ever so slight brush of air? I could FEEL it. I could even hear it walking around to the other side of my bed. I could FEEL it sit down on the side of my bed. Then, it stood on all fours on top of me. I could feel each hand and leg's weigh pushing down on the four corners of my bed. The second I was able to move, I drop kicked the air above me lol. Satan himself would have gone flying.
    *edit*
Im atheist as hell, but it wouldnt surprise me if I was possessed. I'm 23 and have had THREE strokes. One of which while driving alone on a highway. I had a small hole in my hear (as of August 7th I had it closed up) that can allow blood clots pass through and re-enter my blood stream to my brain. However, that hole in the hear thing is super common. About 25% of people have them. After literally dozens of various blood tests, I have no factor in my blood for clotting. You'd be surprised how unlucky I am. And I never forget the night that I woke up with three 6-8" long scratch marks down my back. This was after saying "beelzebub". Just in case you guys wanted some nightmare fuel.
I'd like to conclude that I don't actually believe I'm possessed, as I don't believe in demons, but I am unnaturally unlucky and their are minor details that I left out due to them taking even longer to type out. Idk, If people care enough, I'll throw those in. After my latest stroke, right hand dexterity is an issue and typing gets a bit more laborious faster. I figured this would be the place to drop my nifty story.

i dont know why i see wisps a lot in the woods of my parents lake house. i think the most paranormal i ever experienced was at my parents old house when i was little. my brothers had almost the same experience, but only saw it once where i saw it 4 times before my parents moved. just a cloaked figure that would always appear in the kitchen around 2-4 AM in the night. It always terrified me and i never went to the kitchen at night without a friend or one of my brothers.

I've had sleep paralysis since i was 18 im 26 now. What I've experienced is very similar to what a couple of the stories detailed. I'd be interested to know how to rid myself of them. but none of the people I hear have them, have ever gotten rid of them.

I saw a shadow person once. So, I know how that feels. Luckily it wasn't in the same room, it was outside. I watched it for several minutes. I had never heard of shadow people before. And so I didn't believe what I was seeing, that I was seeing it correctly. I left and went about what I was doing, and went to leave a few minutes later, and saw that it was still there. I watched it a little closer this time. It had no face, was the shape of an adult male. It was acting like it was looking for something. It sometimes moved kind of fast. I wish I could've recorder this because I could have proven this thing is real. I would say that in front of God because I am not lying. I know what I saw, but not what the heck it was.

Love your work. Just up my alley. Great voice to, perfect for this. Me on the other hand... I'd sound like Larry the Cable guy narrating... Too much Southern US in my voice, and it doesn't have that melodic quality of yours either.

It seems that I see shadow people more. Saw it in a running position near my front door but it disappeared immediately-like a second after.
