What sort of silly questions is he asking lookman? You think those of us raised abroad don't know Nigerian culture? We have the music and films here as well. A lot of us also travel to Nigeria back and forth with our parents so we are not completely removed from the culture.

Not all Nigerian kids raised abroad are familiar with the culture. I know some parents that don't want their kids to associate with anything Nigerian, especially Nigerian married women. They promote marriage with Caucasians and give non-African names to their kids. I have seen the trend popularized among Nigerian families (especially the women).

They started exposing super eagles players almost a month ago before the Ghana match.
I always ask them, what happens if they fail to qualify for the World Cup? Just making noise every corner.

I used to be closed to the national team from 1999-2006 and i can tell you it wasn't like this. You can't get close to the players easily back then but now you see people roaming about on the pitch before and during training sessions. Media people can do their job but there are many random people around them during trainings and even in the hotel. Doesn't seems right, players needs some privacy.

U can hv fun at the right time ,u can't do the right thing at the wrong time,we do right thing at the right time...this is a very important game that can make or break a football nation... We don't hv fun that time ....we concentrate 120% like the Ghanaians ar doing

You also can't train or prepare for 24hours. I am sure the interview was done during their time of relaxation. The interview could also be a way to make them relax.
