Spent many pleasant times in this beautiful part of my Homeland ,I have referred Tarbert to many New Zealanders visiting Scotland and they have never been disappointed .The Ca Dora Café was also a favourite place for lunch or an Ice Cream .Well done and thanks

salute as you pass the Tarbert Hotel, downed many a good one in there. Back in the 60's there might have been one or two auto's on the road.

I love Tarbert, full of character and some gorgeous scenery, I have travelled through many times and stayed locally. I always wanted to stay in the Columba Hotel but it is now being turned into apartments. Wish I could buy one!

You Missed the Ca Dora Cafe just after Templars Hall - very popular tourist, sailor, workman and local destination - i have no connection with this business!

+William Young Yes you are right William but I could not cram every business in. The video seems to have been well received so I will probably make another one focussing on the popular things for tourists to experience.

Angus - is there any wild camping spots at Talbert ?

Yes. I have wild camped at the point where I reverse back and return. If you have a small van you could try the main street on the water side. Also I believe you can stay at the Marina but you would have to check with them directly. (May be a fee but you would have hook-up)
