Love to see you take the time to show the next generation and explain in great detail to keep the skills Rollin 😉 and the customs on the road you're my favorite builder for that exact reason keep it real and love the skill
Coming on really nicely Chad Aiden and as usual exceptional camera work Jolene. Just a safety tip - Don't hold you head directly over the zip cut wheel , as if it shatters, it will spit bits into your face. A face shield will provide a better safety for your face and ear protection to avoid industrial deafness in later life.
I wish I would have paid attention to all the safety warnings when I was a kid. Many people can’t handle the psychological /emotional stress of tinnitus.
Awesome work teaching Aidyn the tools he will use for a lifetime Chad you are very good at teaching I just think what you are doing to create a hot rod from a toy of your childhood and bring it to life is a work of art thank you so much for sharing your passion with us.
Good job Aidyn you nailed it with that cut off blade cutting that one inch square tube. Good on you young man, your a natural. Aidyn.. That running board will last forever.
Chad, another way you can get the doors to match the bodyline is to remove the inner Crash bar. And replace it with a tension bar like they do with a Les Paul Guitar. They're adjustable so after years of use, you can lift the neck back up to the original settings. I don't see why a car can't be built in the same way. Your work is refined, it's called a truss Rod. Love your vid's bud I watch them almost every evening.
The old Hot Wheels cars looking good , the running boards really add to the shape of the car, Chad being that it's such a big car you think you might want to run a big block in that baby to get the power for it. Good to see Aiden in the house, and your Jolene you do a good job capturing it all. 👍❤️💯💥💥🤔😎
Nice to see Chad is teaching ayden the right way to do things. I like the way you show ayden by Chad doing something and then ayden gets to have a go at doing the same. Keep up the great work all of you 👍 👏
Hate I missed the premier, but nice to see now, I'm diggin this build. Was in my lil shop after work. I hope to show some of the work going into my son's first ride soon.
Thanks for opening the Door. With the chop and all, the scoop really impairs the view for any potential driver. I guess that's the difference between a really good Rod, and Toy Car.
This build has ,me wanting to comment again on it . Remember it's a toy car he's building this car from . What's really there to say ? This is an interestingly awesome build ! I liked toy cars as a boy and I still like cars not so much toys today. Yes Chad you are the man when it comes to fabrication and ,making a dream come to life . Great gob son great job ! Thumbs up 👆
Ayden is coming along very quickly and well moving on in fab skills. You are a great teacher Chad and should be proud of wha you do with Ayden or even Jim. Thank you, take care and peace out!!
Running board fit in there like butter...a teacher..student episode...excellent...jolene really gets us right in there with her camera work...thanks guys for a great episode..cya tomorrow 👍
Can I mention in the situation of scribibing the paper at the floor if you use a piece of heavy gauge aluminum foil and a rubber roller you can put your piece of foil on the floor and fold it down over the edge and gain your radius and then trim it and transfer that to a more solid template material . just saying my dad used to use heavy gauge foil during fabrication a lot its just more positive results . ok just my two cents on it.
I think you left enough room for this and especially since you made the running board curve to the body. But hey if it does the holes for the mounting can be enlarged and give some adjustability.
Ayden is like a sponge...he listens and takes it all in. Show him once and he's got it! Great teacher & student relationship.
Love to see you take the time to show the next generation and explain in great detail to keep the skills Rollin 😉 and the customs on the road you're my favorite builder for that exact reason keep it real and love the skill
I enjoy watching your videos!! You talent is impressive👍
The running boards look good. It is amazing how fast it goes when you have a little help compared to when you are by yourself.

The fact that you held the metal stock while Ayden cut it shows the faith you have in him. A lesson he will always remember.
Hello from Newcastle Australia. Love watching your videos on both YT and FB....R
You are a brilliant teacher. Wish I had a mentor like you when I was starting work.
Hate I missed the premier, but nice to see now, I'm diggin this build. Was in my lil shop after work. I hope to show some of the work going into my son's first ride soon.
Coming along nicely.
Thanks for opening the Door. With the chop and all, the scoop really impairs the view for any potential driver. I guess that's the difference between a really good Rod, and Toy Car.
It's so awesome that u are teaching someone great job passing on your smarts and skill to the next generation and again super camera work

Building cars can be easy but watching Chad he makes it do able ! He's a good teacher ! Thumbs-up Jolene 👍 and 👍 Chad 👍 Aidyn
I remember riding in those cars, maybe around 1959. Crawling around on the floor. Houston, hot.

Great to see the running board finished, you make it look so easy, Aidyn would be soaking up all your knowledge..
The three of you are a cool team to get it done !
I don’t think Aiden knows how lucky he is to be learning the craft from legendary artist/hot rod builder “Bad Chad”!
Looks terrific...very close to the hot wheel....can't wait to see more
Know that i don't have a work shop but alway's fun to watch you working.
Chad.
You make it look so easy, mechanical dexterity

Hi Chad have a. 1936 5 window couple want to put a v6 43 in it what do you think
Ayden is coming along very quickly and well moving on in fab skills. You are a great teacher Chad and should be proud of wha you do with Ayden or even Jim. Thank you, take care and peace out!!

Chad is a master with his tools with absolute confidence.
i learn so much watching chad work
Great job on the running boards with simple tools!
The custom running boards fit the car nicely. great job.
That second hand and forsight of Aiden really helps. You ask for something he is already in motion. This talent (forsight) will always pay in spades
Fine looking job, going to be a great build!!
Great job sharing your knowledge Chad!
Your vision is impeccable. Wonder how many challenges you have lived through cause you sure make it look easy. Take care.
Great you give the young man the opportunity to partake
I love watching your videos because you guys are the best 👍
This side profile of this old Ford is very cool!
The car is looking incredible!!! Keep up the good work.
That Car Is Badass Chad! 351W 5 speed Ripper. It'd be expensive, but wow. Nice to see you living the Dream Man!
Jolene's video work is amazing
I'm learning more every day your a good teacher
So good that you take time to explain why you do things the way you do to maiden, little tricks of the trade
One of these days I'm going to win a hat, lol. I think splitting the square stock after forming it, was genius. Two tough birds with one stone.
Hi Chad and Jolene, The sideboard looks great! Take care and God bless.
It’s Friiday !!
The Running board came out excellent 👌 whoop WHOOP ! 💪
I think you left enough room for this and especially since you made the running board curve to the body. But hey if it does the holes for the mounting can be enlarged and give some adjustability.
Another great show. Aiden is a great help.
I'm loving this build. Your problem solving skills are top shelf!
Great lesson, thank you!
That running board fits the curve really nicely! If you welded nuts in stead of bolts you could mount it without loosing the fenders?
looks awesome, as always
like the way your passing the knowledge on the aiden
perfection personified. HELLO THERE, Aidyn.
Looks good. Thanks for sharing
Great video really enjoy this very much!
I love how you have a vision and you breathe it into life, you are a true inspiration..
