- Our best of 2022 Hog Eradication, Feral Hogs are considered a nuisance. Watch as we use thermals to help control the numbers. We use every means necessary. Trapping, thermals and helicopters. As farmers and ranchers ourselves we have to do what ever it takes to not only to protect our land but our neighbors.
Why do we do it?
According to a USDA study, wild hogs can be blamed for $1.5 billion in damages every year in the United States. The feeding habits of wild hogs make them particularly destructive to crops, woodland habitats, levees, moist soil units, golf courses, and right of ways.
Feral swine have been reported in at least 35 states. Their population is estimated at over 6 million and is rapidly expanding.
Harmful organisms and pathogens, carried by feral swine, which can infect humans include diseases such as leptospirosis, toxoplasmosis, brucellosis, tularemia, trichinellosis, swine influenza, salmonella, hepatitis and pathogenic E. coli.

Love your videos! I would love to have thermal optics someday but for now I am just using night vision. I wish more women like myself were getting into the sport of pig eradication.

These beasts move in herds. Silent drones can be used to bring about optimum results.. . dropping small bombs on them as they feast on crops and vegetation. Maimed ones can die anywhere, providing manure to soil.
Shooting provides some adventure but minimal results given their breeding rate...
I wish that was legal but you know in the wrong hands that can be very dangerous
