Also, if you use brass fittings, they will form seal without any teflon, pipe dope... etc.

I agree , it looks like a moderately powerful steam tool may be possible

Heat will kill any hose not made for it. Use high pressure steel reinforced steam cleaning hose only and save yourself from being scolded. Did you use 220 V for the hot water heating element or just 120V? They will work on that but 220V would cut the time in half that it takes to heat it up and you can take the thermostat off an old water heater to control your element so it can not overheat and explode your small enclosure. I may use this Idea but attach it to he outlet of a cheap pressure washer as hydraulic pressure is equal in all parts of a hydraulic system. This will be actually higher pressure being water is being heated after it comes out of the pressure washer unit so it never is exposed to hot water and then it delivers the water under pressure instead of a compressor. I might opt to heat the final water with a waste glycerin burner as glycerin has 6 times the BTU's per gallon of fuel oil. In fact I bet no preheating unit will be needed just a similar coil set up like your using to turn the water under pressure into super heated steam and run that through my steam cleaner hose and wand not the cold water hose and wand the pressure washer came with as it would melt it. That way the burner can stay stationary to reduce chances of being burned by it.

Just so you no what im up to There are 2 reasons im using heat at the gun instead of pushing it all threw a hose , first with the flash boiler on the gun i can produce super heated steam on lower water flow settings , also when i wanna blast things clean with saturated steam the energy is not lost in the hose , very wet steam mixed with condensate has a very high velocity exiting the boiler coil , I feel this effect would be diminished with a tank to hose set up

If you wanna know how to seal your threads, use quik steel epoxy. No pressure will wreck that joint. You'll never get it apart. But who cares when it's a couple bucks and the difference between success and failure

For a small job not all of the heat has to be in the water. You can use a heat gun to get the dirty part warm. The hen spray on some Purple Power degreaser. Then hit with a moderately powered steam gun.

WRONG. . . NoBox7 my good man, you going the wrong direction with the light bulb. . .Get rid of that, and a either a sleeve around the coils to enclose heat, OR add a second torch nozzle as your flame is not hitting but in one tube in the center. . .

You could use copper washers, used in oil pans, to seal it.You could try and use a water cooling system of an Induction Heater. In this case, it would work as a water heating system, and don`t forget to buy some decent radiator`s hoses. Good luck & cheers from Brazil.

Also water by itself is non conductive, its when you add minerals to it turns it conductive.
