You always have those youtubers who focus on songs like this one, their channel releases 1 video that is loved by everyone, whereas the rest aren't so good and popular. This isn't the case with TheFatRat. His songs are just so unique and yet are actually easy to listen to every single one of them. No matter what song comes out, I believe it will still have the quality and that vibe as every other song of his has, freaking well done TheFatRat, that's an amazing accomplishment in anyone's books.

Julia Niemelä well I'm a listener for years now and I have to say he somehow is the king of recycling :) Using almost identical chord progressions, melodies and presets in way too many songs. That's why most of his songs sound very similar. I still like his songs a lot but this is something you can't deny at least if you're still holding on to your sanity

But as I went through all his songs while realizing they were kinda recycle is the comments of the people. I just walked home from school 3 hours early on a warm, clear day in March with the perfect view of the city and the mountains in the distance, and this song was the perfect one to go with that walk home.
Because he makes a syncopated pentatonic scale melody and bases the rest of the track around that melody. Pentatonic scale = cool and simple = catchy syncopated = additional cool basing the rest of the track all around the melody = high amount of support for the melody making it more memorable

I have to leave this comment here. I found TheFatRat around 7 years ago, playing Geometry Dash in 2016. I had no clue what music I liked back then, until one day I played a random level with Unity as the song. I didn't know what hit me, but I knew for a fact that I LOVED it. I then fell in love with this guy's music, and I still am to this day. Since then, I've been introduced to a huge world of electronic music, of many many many artists, and I've found hundreds, probably thousands of tracks that I love. Dubstep, DnB, Future Bass, but coming out on top, Glitch Hop. Glitch Hop is by far my favourite musical genre ever, and over those 7 years I've only ever found a handful of Glitch Hop tracks I really really like. This track, however remains to be my favourite track ever, out of every music I've ever listened to. It evokes so much emotion in me man. Basically, I just wanna say that I love Prelude. I took a long break from Glitch Hop, moving over top Dubstep for a long time, but I just came back today revisiting my old favourites and they've never hit harder. Thank you Chris, for making my life magical with these masterpieces that you have composed. You have a real talent, man. This song will forever live on in my heart.
