Its crazy to go fishing in an inflatable kayak. And what is worse with a hole in te Kayak. Ha Ha. But anyways you did great. Well done. Lot of fun. Good fishing.
Thanks for showing the assembly/inflation of the kayak, but maybe you needed more air? Were you kneeling or sitting in the kayak? And does such a lightweight kayak have the stability of fishing?
That’s fair. But this kayak is actually very stable so it’s almost impossible to fall out of. And if I started losing air really quickly, I wouldn’t sink right away so I’d have time to put the life jacket on. Even if I did sink right away, I’m a strong swimmer and was always close to shore I’d be fine
Get the right tool for the right job. There are many “fishing inflatables” available Sea Eagle makes several very capable inflatables designed for fishing.
Nice Bass dude! I'm looking at the tandem version of this inflatable kayak for some coastal ocean fishing here in Australia. They are on sale for $100 atm. I'm not worried about punctures from tackle, so long as I'm careful. I am worried however, about potential punctures from fish spines. How thin is the inflatable material?
I’m not sure exactly how thin it is, but I’ve had some close calls with the kayak and the material didn’t get punctured. Hit some rocks and sticks underwater a couple times and nothing happened. I would imagine a fish spine wouldn’t pop it but I guess that depends how sharp the spine is and with how much force it hits the kayak.
@@kbgfishing908 Hit some rocks and sticks and nothing happened is good enough for me man, here's hoping no curios sharks come poking around 😂. I appreciate the reply, cheers.

Haha it was crazy but it worked

I love how you are not using the life jacket...😂😂
Lol it’s only there in case of emergency😂
@@kbgfishing908 then its already to late, you should wear it, not just having it lay there

Ive had no issues fishing from my inflatable kayak. I could use an anchor of sorts though.
Since I patched the hole with gorilla tape it’s worked good ever since
Hey I have the same kayak. Used it twice now. Good fun. Thanks for showing how it goes. 😀
Yeah it’s a pretty good kayak, surprised that I’m able to fish out of it pretty well
Great job and sharing, and a great catch 💪👍

i wanna use this one for ocean fishing, is it risky? is the material hard plastic?
I’d say it’s kinda risky on the ocean. I personally wouldn’t use it on the ocean

@@wowwhataworld.9590 yeah no problem, good luck out there!
Nice fish. Can you tell me how much is the kayak weight?
The kayak is very light. Maybe around 5 pounds
@@kbgfishing908 thanks!
Hi bro, love your videos. I now have the same kayak and love fishing so i'm waiting to make some videos about it. Greetings from Chile :)
Thanks! Good luck and I hope you get some awesome catches from the kayak!
If only you'd fitted the skeg that comes with the boat. Read the instructions and give it another go dude.
Is it a spinner lure?
Yeah I used a small spinnerbait
Got to have a skeg
Stole the words from my mouth - dude's obviously a greenhorn.
Best bit is, that boat comes with a skeg, he just didn't put it on!!
lot of operator error
Haha true
Why not eat it
Most of the time I release the fish I catch
You should not be on the water in anything !
